About: Ever since I was a little girl I have always been surrounded by extra love from my pets. I cannot imagine my life without any of my furbabies that I’ve had the honor of loving and caring for along the way. Both my dog, Champ and my cat, Shea currently have my heart. They are the absolute best of friends. I’m inseparable from my dog. He is an Akita-Husky mix who recently just celebrated his 12th birthday. When I’m not at work teaching, I’m usually bringing him on adventures. I had to go away for a weekend and the person I had set up to walk Tex had to leave town (my fiance was able to care for him but is diabled so couldn't walk him) so I was in a bind. I signed up on Rover and found Brett. She met with Tex before I left and she was amazing. THEN...another friend who was going to walk Tex, suddenly became sick and had to cancel a few walks (I was already 8hrs away and panicking). Brett stepped in last minute and covered those walks too! If needed, I can do an early morning stop by at 6:30AM prior to heading to work. in my clients home, I will be respectful of property, taking off shoes before entering the house, cleaning up any messes that the animal/myself may create, ensuring the animal has food, water, litter box, toys, etc. accessible, and to lock up the house, windows, and any gates prior to leaving the home. I will always accommodate the clients requests. In my home, I have multiple floors to separate my animals from the animal(s) coming into my home. I also have a fully fenced in, large backyard for a dog to run around in. We have a home security system as well to ensure safety.
