You could tell they were well taken care of when we got home and she was very good sending photos and asking questions where needed even making sure the TV continued to play Christmas music for them while we were gone. “Casey is exceptional! This was our first time hiring a sitter for our senior cat through Rover, and Casey made the entire experience such a positive one. Casey came to our house a week before our booking for a meet & greet. We could immediately tell she was very competent and professional. Meeting with her ahead of time completely put us at ease. Our cat was clearly comfortable with Casey during the meet & greet. Casey provided wonderful pictures and updates after each of her drop-in visits while we were out of town. She followed our directions down to a tee and was incredibly neat and tidy, going above and beyond by washing our cat's extra dishes, rinsing out the recycling, etc. Our cat generally runs away when anyone (including myself and my husband!) first comes through the door, but Maggy was greeting Casey at the front door when she arrived for her drop-in visits. It was wonderful to know our cat was so comfortable with Casey. We highly recommend Casey and are already looking forward to booking her for future trips!”

“I have never used Rover before and so this was a large leap of faith for me to let someone watch my pets for 5 days. Janelle proved to be diligent in sending me updates everyday, and went above and beyond to provide for my fur babies. One of my kitties ate all the food left in her automatic feeder (knocked it over ugh) and they were not going to have enough food to last until we came back, so she went to the store and picked up more food for them!! About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. I’ve potty trained them, taught them how to walk with a leash, taught them tricks like sit stay and say your prayers, and too many to say. I will spoil your fur babies like I do mine. You would never have any worries while you’re away they will be in good hands. I love and enjoy being around dogs and or cats. I’d send you videos and or pictures of your fur baby. Some owners have their fur babies on a schedule if so I will do the same. if there is a park nearby I’d probably take them there. But first I would ask the owner what they would like me to do sense it is their pet. I'm retired so I'm flexible. My routine is the fur babies routine. I'd like to keep it that way for them, so I would need to know. I have a fenced in yard, not big for big dogs tho. They will be fed, played with and cuddled. If they need to be caged I have a large one for their comfort.

“Isabelle took care of my two 14 y/o dogs for 7 days while I was away. She visited 3 times each day to feed/water/walk. I’m very particular about who I allow to watch my dogs due to their age but I was able to travel worry free thanks to Isabelle. Highly recommended.”
