About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them comes naturally to me. I’ve worked with playful puppies, independent cats, and senior pets who need extra patience and attention. I love getting to know each pet’s personality—whether that means long walks, playtime, or quiet cuddles—and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. My goal is to make your pet feel like they’re with a friend, not just a sitter. Pet care is already part of my daily routine because I care for my own cat every day, from feeding and cleaning the litter box to playtime and making sure she feels loved and comfortable. Having my own pet has made me attentive to routines, behavior changes, and the small details that help animals feel safe and cared for. I also love spending time with dogs, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or giving them the attention and exercise they need. Caring for pets fits naturally into my routine because it’s something I genuinely enjoy and make time for every day. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, clean up after them, and make sure they get the playtime, walks, or quiet companionship they need. I believe pets feel most secure in their own home because it’s their safe space, surrounded by familiar smells and routines. Being able to care for them in that environment helps build trust and creates a stronger, more positive relationship, making the experience less stressful for both the pet and the owner.

She usually takes a while to warm up to new people but met heather the first day and loved her. My oldest girl Nana is a big love bug so she of course had to be all over her the first day she met her. About: My family always had a pet dog. As a kid I would feed and walk dogs in the neighborhood while they were out of town. As I grew older I would stay at family or friend's homes if they went out of town. I'm in search of a similar situation in South Bend - dog walking and light housework included! Weekdays I can stop in and let the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks. On weekends/evenings I can stay at your home so that the dog is familiar and will make myself available 100% during that time. I prefer to stay or drop in to my client's home. I find that the dog is more familiar/comfortable this way too. I am happy to do a test run so that everyone feels comfortable/familiar!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. I’ve potty trained them, taught them how to walk with a leash, taught them tricks like sit stay and say your prayers, and too many to say. I will spoil your fur babies like I do mine. You would never have any worries while you’re away they will be in good hands. I love and enjoy being around dogs and or cats. I’d send you videos and or pictures of your fur baby. Some owners have their fur babies on a schedule if so I will do the same. if there is a park nearby I’d probably take them there. But first I would ask the owner what they would like me to do sense it is their pet. I'm retired so I'm flexible. My routine is the fur babies routine. I'd like to keep it that way for them, so I would need to know. I have a fenced in yard, not big for big dogs tho. They will be fed, played with and cuddled. If they need to be caged I have a large one for their comfort.

About: I have taken care of animals from dogs to horses since I was 10. I have my bachelors in Animal Sciences from Purdue. I have worked at vet clinics / hospitals and animal shelters. I have lots of experience to take care of your pet(s) and to make them feel comfortable! I currently work 3 12 hr shifts a week. On the days I work I can do morning and night stuff and the days I don’t work I am available throughout the day! I will follow whatever instructions are left for your pets! I can take dogs on short or long walks. Play with them in your yard or take them to a dog park too if needed to get some energy out!

About: I have been taking care of all kinds of pets since I was 8. I have a German Shorthaired pointer now so I can definitely handle some high energy dogs. I have many other pets including a cat, Guinea pigs, some reptiles, and fish so I am ready for anything! I am currently going to school to be a veterinarian so you can imagine how much I love pets! I have taken care of plenty of pets owned by friends and family and I am excited to have the opportunity to take care of yours! I am currently out of school for the summer so I have plenty of free time to play with, walk, feed, and watch your pets! About: I (Amelia) have taken care of my own dogs since I was seven and consider it a privilege and an honor to care for your pets when you need to be away. As a huge animal lover, I have a bachelor's degree in Animal Science and have previously worked at a kennel bathing and grooming dogs and at a veterinarian as a technician/assistant. I also have some experience with dog training and have trained my own dog from being an unruly rescue to a well-behaved house dog. I am willing to care for whatever pets a client has and love to learn new things and expand my knowledge of pet care. I am always learning more about dog training and pet care and will bring that knowledge into my care for your pets. I have a flexible schedule and love walking dogs and getting outdoor exercise and am looking to add some more dog-walking and drop-in visits to my schedule. I take great precautions to make sure all dogs in my care are safe. I will frequently double-leash or use a harness with a collar to prevent any escapes while dog walking. I take care to keep dogs away from strange dogs and anticipate and prevent any dangers before they happen.

About: Hi, I've had pets of my own. I currently own a cat, we did have snake. I would love a large sibirien husky. But can't do that right now. I want to enjoy other peoples fur babies for now. I'm in great shape so it's a definite that your fur babies will get a good walk or run. I do take trips out to Warren dunes at least twice a week. I would appreciate a fur friend and treat them like they were mine. Currently I would probably share responsibility with my daughter.. I have a flexible work schedule my availability is open. I live in a good size apartment. Located near the Riverwalk. Walking distance to the Riverwalk and we also have a dog park located in complex. I'm self employed hair stylist and own my own cleaning business. my work schedule is appointment only. I'll make sure your pet comes first I'm extremely consistent with a big heart and live a healthy lifestyle. I live in a good size apartment. I've had large breed dogs and blind deaf disabled dog in my Care. Your pet will be in good hands.
