“Emily cared for my Texas heeler and Chihuahua on several occasions by doing drop-in visits while me and my family were traveling. The heeler is not always friendly to new people, but he really took to Emily! Oreo, the Chihuahua, is an older gal and requires extra care but she handled these needs great.”

“We booked Sophia to house sit for our two dogs for a week. She did above and beyond playing with the dogs, walking the dogs, and even cleaned the house so it was ready when we got home. About: I grew up with family dogs my whole life, but have taken care of my own dogs for a combination of six years! In addition, I babysit for a few families and they all have dogs that I watch, care for, and entertain as well! I work until noon every weekday, but I am fairly available every afternoon and evening! For dogs staying over, I am gone no longer than 3 and a half hours every week day at a time! I have a fenced small back yard that the dogs are free to play in! We also have a one story open house with lots of room and dog toys to play with! I also have two playful dogs that would love to keep your dogs entertained! One of my dogs is an 8 month anxious puppy that is still getting used to other people and dogs. She is anxious upon first meeting new people and dogs, but is not aggressive and is fine after getting used to new dogs. We also have a crate and gates that we can put up around the house if needed! Finally, we have a quiet neighborhood that is perfect for walking dogs!

About: Hi! Over the past few years, especially during the pandemic, I've come to really appreciate the therapeutic power a dog possesses in just grounding you and helping you give and receive love and not take life too seriously. I didn't grow up with dogs (although I always wanted one!) due to my parents having bad allergies, but ever since I moved out, met my sister's (now) husband's dog, and moved in next door to neighbors who had *literally* the fluffiest, most loving, and adorably spazzy dogs, I became sold on getting a rescue dog myself someday when I can properly afford to give my dog the best life ever. In the interim, I love playing with and cuddling dogs every chance I get, and just hanging out with them and giving them all the love in the world possible. I have limited petcare-sitting experience (a few overnights, taking care of friends' dogs, and helping out with past childcare family clients' pets), but I treat every dog the same: as an opportunity to make a new friend, give a little bit of love, and remind them who's a good boy/girl. 😍 I'm a freelancer with flexible hours. I run my own freelance writing business and do delivery driving on the side, so I can be pretty flexible when it comes to your petsitting needs. For now, it's just loving on dogs I come across in daily life! I would make sure to treat each dog as the individual that it is, while offering the same high level of personalized service, attention, and commitment to every client, no matter the dog or owner I'm working with. I would make sure to keep a record of any special needs or fears each dog has that the owner would communicate to me, and work with and within those to the best of my capabilities. I would especially just make sure to ask you to give plenty of pets, cuddles, and belly rubs, and play as many fetch marathons as the dog desires, too.

About: I have had a dog in the house since birth, so I’ve had no choice but to absolutely love them! I’m obsessed with meeting new dogs anywhere and playing with them, and I like to make sure a dog enjoys and remembers their time with me! I am currently a college student so any free time on weekdays I have, but mostly on the weekends I will have time to walk or make visits! I take my own pup on walks and used to walk my neighbors dog for a year. I have also watched larger dogs and cats for friends in the summer.

About: I have been taking care of all kinds of pets since I was 8. I have a German Shorthaired pointer now so I can definitely handle some high energy dogs. I have many other pets including a cat, Guinea pigs, some reptiles, and fish so I am ready for anything! I am currently going to school to be a veterinarian so you can imagine how much I love pets! She has watched our bearded dragon for an extended period and was wonderful with keeping us updated.
