About: As an active, playful person myself, I want to give your dog a space to get some wiggles out and enjoy the day, rain or shine. I’m an ELA teacher on summer break, and I’d love to spend time walking and caring for your dogs during the hours I’d normally be teaching. As a human being who values quiet as well as activity, my priority is making sure your dog feels at peace around me as we spend time together and find adventure on our walks. My dog loves to sit by me on the floor for a while after getting back from a good walk :) I also focus on making sure I maintain the rhythms and routines to which your pet is already accustomed, giving them a safe space even with someone new to their life.

About: My family always had a pet dog. As a kid I would feed and walk dogs in the neighborhood while they were out of town. As I grew older I would stay at family or friend's homes if they went out of town. I'm in search of a similar situation in South Bend - dog walking and light housework included! Weekdays I can stop in and let the dog(s) out for bathroom breaks. On weekends/evenings I can stay at your home so that the dog is familiar and will make myself available 100% during that time. I prefer to stay or drop in to my client's home. I find that the dog is more familiar/comfortable this way too. I am happy to do a test run so that everyone feels comfortable/familiar!

About: I've had a passion for animals my entire life and have experience volunteering with a local dog rescue since 2018, where I gained hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds, and personalities. Over the years, I have learned how to feed, walk, administer medications when needed, clean, socialize, and provide plenty of love and attention. I'm available for pet care Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During that time, I can provide drop-in visits, pet sitting, feeding, fresh water, potty breaks in the yard, playtime, enrichment activities, companionship, and medication administration if needed. Because I have tarsal tunnel syndrome, I do not offer dog walking services, but I love keeping pets active through indoor games, toys, and interactive play that matches their energy level. I'll always follow your pet's routine and provide regular photo and text updates so you can feel confident they're receiving attentive, loving care while you're away. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and any special needs before providing care. I'll treat your home and your furry family member with the same respect and attention I'd give my own. I'm attentive to behavior, keep a close eye on pets during playtime, and always follow your instructions regarding feeding, medications, and household rules. You'll receive regular photo updates and messages so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I stand out from other sitters because I bring a rare combination of veterinary training, hands‑on clinical experience, and a lifetime of caring for animals of all sizes. I’m currently a veterinary nursing student at Marian University Plymouth, graduating in August 2026, which means I approach every pet with a strong understanding of animal health, behavior, and safety. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I’m currently completing my externships for my veterinary nursing program, which gives me a structured but flexible schedule. I work Monday through Thursday, with an hour break at 1 PM, so depending on your location I can stop by for mid‑day potty breaks during the week. I’m also able to provide a consistent, work‑style schedule, meaning I can visit in the mornings before work and be available again in the evenings for feeding, walks, or check‑ins. My weekends are even more open, allowing plenty of time for longer visits or extended care. Because of my profession and lifestyle, pet sitting fits seamlessly into my routine, and I make sure each pet gets reliable, attentive care throughout the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, calm, and consistent environment that keeps pets comfortable. I like too follow the pet’s normal routines as closely as possible — from feeding and medication schedules to preferred walking routes and bedtime habits — because familiar patterns help reduce stress. I treat every home with the same respect I’d want for my own. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, enrichment, and reassurance so they feel relaxed even when their family is away. My goal is to provide care that feels seamless, trustworthy, and grounded in both compassion and professional experience.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life—there has literally never been a time growing up when I didn't have a pet at home! On top of my lifelong hands-on experience, I spent all four years of high school volunteering weekly at a local animal shelter, dedicating about 8 hours a week to caring for both cats and dogs. I’d love to bring that same high level of care, patience, and love to your furry family members! I'm currently on summer break from the University of Notre Dame, so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! I work with the Boys and Girls Club as a Youth Development Professional seasonally. I value safety over anything and will keep a close eye on your pets as much as requested. I understand what can happen if an animal is left alone for too long, and will ensure that your animals are safe and protected.

About: I have babysat for 5 years and on the side I would always pet sit, also with all of the families I have watched I would also be taking care of their pets! I have also volunteered at plenty of shelters!! I am a very energetic loving person and love to bring that energy into a pets life and be able to make their day :) I am currently a part time nanny so like before I would love to start pet sitting and walking while I’m not doing that!! I love getting my exercise in and keeping my days busy so I feel this would be great for me! I won’t be offering pet care in my home but at the clients home I would love to play with the pet to get energy and of course give it some love! I’m able to crate, feed, play, walk the pet whatever is needed!!
