About: I am a recent graduate from The University of Virginia who grew up in an animal-loving home. I am an attentive pet sitter and dog walker with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. About: Hi, I'm Emily! I've been drawn to animals of all kinds since I was a kid! I grew up taking care of both cats and dogs, and have had a dog of my own since 2021. I'm well-versed in animal care; in addition to the basics (walks, feeding, play), I'm familiar with many common needs, like medication administration, training/behavioral reinforcement, and gland expression. I have a flexible schedule and typically respond to requests within a few hours. I'm able to spend a lot of my time at home; usually when I'm out of the apartment, it's for no more than about four hours or so at a time. My standard schedule is to provide three walks a day (morning, midday, evening) plus a quick potty break before bedtime, but I can adjust that up or down depending on your dog's needs. Dogs staying with me can expect lots of pets, cuddles, and playtime. I do allow pets on my furniture and bed, but if that's a behavior you're trying to limit, I can take that into account while your pet is staying here. At all times, and especially when outside, the safety of your pet is paramount to me. During walks, I actively monitor for dangerous situations/behaviors, like encounters with unfamiliar dogs or trying to eat things they shouldn't. Please feel free to share anything about your pet that I should take into account while they're in my care.

About: I work full time as a Registered Nurse, but I have a love for all animals and would love to hang with your fur babies on my days off. I have years of experience taking care of all animals, I grew up around dogs, cats, birds, horses, frogs, and snakes . We have an aussie named Blue that we love so much and I would love to help you out with your furry friends. I can provide references as needed but can assure you your babies will be in good hands. We can also work on training as needed, make trips to the dog park, or just walk around the block! My pup is really playful so we could also have play dates if you feel comfortable with that.

About: I have experience caring for both puppies (even during potty training) and senior pets with special medication or mobility needs. I have pet sit for numerous families with senior pets and have been successful in meeting all of their needs and providing the best care possible. I would love to do the same for your pet! I am in my 4th year of medical school, so my schedule is more flexible than an average full time job. I often have odd shifts or hours, so I can often tend to pets at times where others may not be able to! I am willing to fit caring for your pet into my schedule however I can. I currently have 1 cat who lives in my apartment. I am so excited for the day we move to a home where we can build him a cat patio (or catio as we lovingly refer to it as), but for now he loves sitting in the window and seeing all of the sights outside! I would be willing to travel wherever needed to pet sit or do pet check-ins/potty breaks/walks. I would care for your animal just like it was my own. My goal is to meet all of your pet's needs, from physical to emotional and psychological. About: I am a home maker with a lot of time and space to fill with walking, petting and all around loving on the dogs that visit! My husband and I have an eager to love 8 year old human child and our own two sweet fur babies.. Our daughter adores all animals and has never met a pup that didn't love her or she them! We have been petsitting for years with these same dogs, they love to have company over! We have been fur-parents to many so we have experience with all ages and breeds.. We know each is different, with different personalities and likes and we treat any and all we meet as our own sweet pup. Our yard is fully fenced in, with a tall fence and plenty of grass to run in/on! 3 bedroom home that is mostly wood floor, we allow doggos on the couch and beds and give all the cuddles! About: I am very available in the summertime (I am a teacher), and I am available on day on Saturdays and Sundays. During the week, I am able to travel to your pet in the morning and evening (before and after work). On weekends and on school breaks I am very flexible. I currently am a teacher, so I am available morning and evening on weekdays, and I am available all day on weekends. I am also available all the time in the summer. I am very willing to come take care of your pets at your house. I am very welcoming to all behaviors and I will follow all expectations perfectly, as well as take care of your animal with as much love as you would!
