About: What sets me apart from other pet sitters is that I’m patient, responsible, and genuinely love animals. I have a dog of my own, so I understand how important it is to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I also frequently pet sit for family members, which has given me experience caring for different pets with their own personalities and routines. About: I moved to Richmond about a year ago, which meant leaving my two pups back home with their dad. As rural, born-and-bred dogs, city life just wasn’t the right fit for them. So now, I’m filling that gap by spending time with other people’s furry friends! I’ve become the go-to dog walker for my neighbors, and I genuinely love it—it gives me my weekly dose of wagging tails and happy walks. I’d love the chance to walk your dog and give them the care, attention, and exercise they deserve. Pet care is something I’ve naturally built into my weekly routine. Since moving to Richmond about a year ago and leaving my two dogs back home, I’ve really missed that daily connection with animals. I regularly walk dogs for my neighbors, so I’m already used to planning my schedule around consistent walks and giving each dog dedicated attention. I will provide attentive, personalized care based on each pets routine and personality, whether I’m in my client’s home or caring for them on a walk. I make sure every pet gets plenty of exercise, affection, and supervision, while sticking closely to any instructions the owner provides regarding feeding, leash use, or behavior preferences.

About: I’ve been dog-sitting for about 5 years now. I’ve mainly taken care of small to medium sized dogs but I’m open to looking after larger dogs as well. I am very reliable and have a lot of energy to keep your dog entertained throughout the day. I love going for walks and and going to dog parks if allowed by the owner. I live in an apartment and it’s dog-friend and the apartment has a dog area where they can relieve themselves. I live in a studio apartment but there’s plenty of open space where your pup can lounge around. I’m very attentive of your dogs needs, so I stay on top of taking them out for walks and making sure their water bowl is kept full and following their feeding schedule. Also open to grooming and showering your dog, especially if they are staying overnight with me. If your pup is energetic and loves to play we will be a great match!!

I raised my next bestie from the day she was born until she crossed the rainbow bridge, and I’ve loved my Fiona for nearly 14 years. I have plenty of experience with cats of all ages, including administering medication, accommodating quirky needs, and navigating sassy attitudes! I also grew up with a family dog and helped care for him while living at home and during college breaks. That included feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I currently work freelance and have a very flexible schedule so my days are built around what bookings I have in a given week. About: Since I’m new to Richmond, I have a flexible schedule and love getting out to explore the neighborhood with dogs! I have a dog of my own (Honey) and we love exploring the Fan and Carytown so far. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs as well 🐶 I work a remote position that’s pretty flexible so I’m able to make daily drop-in visits and walk neighborhood dogs throughout the week and sometimes on the weekends I try to make things feel as normal and stress-free as possible for your pet by sticking to their routine. Whether that’s walks, meals, or just hanging out, I adjust to what they need. I’m big on updates (and cute photos), and I’m always careful about safety in and out of the home. I've been watching animals for my family, friends, and neighbors since I was a kid; I love cats and dogs of all colors, breeds, shapes, and sizes. I'm currently between jobs, so I have plenty of time to play with your pups or satisfy your unique care needs! I'm lucky to have a flexible schedule, so I strive to accommodate others' schedules to the best of my ability. Safety is paramount for me. About: I've had pets for most of my life. I've grown up with cats in the house but i've had a hamster and a few dogs before when i was younger. My sister also had a snake (a fancy corn snake) that i took care of a lot for a year. I've done pet sitting for a friend and my sister before. My friend had a Samoyed and a Ragdoll. While my sister has a pit/lab mix. I'm currently in college so i will mainly be available during the weekends. I currently have Mon, Wed, and Fri off from classes and will be available in the mornings and afternoons. While I don't offer services in my home, I am willing to travel to a clients home and willing to do overnights on the weekends. I am always respectful and will never disrespect your home, you, or your pets.

About: I have personal and professional experience with dogs, working at a doggy daycare for a short amount of time (dealing with 40 dogs at a time was not for me) and being a lifelong dog owner and caretaker. I currently have two shih-tzus who are the cutest! I have dealt with dogs that have needs ranging from: Young puppies, Anxiety, obesity, dietary restrictions, diabetes, intense general health issues, anger/aggression, bad leash manners etc… I do my best to meet your dog where they are at and provide the best care I can and reinforcing the behaviors you stride for when you’re away. I’ve been a dog sitter for 5 years, a doggy daycare (Dogtopia) employee for 6 months and a doggy lover forever! I am a VCU student with classes on only Tuesday and Thursday, I am fast, reliable, professional, I will always be on time and make sure your animals get the best quality care that they deserve. I always make sure to follow the rules of every client that graciously trusts me to be in their home. Roommates make personal boarding unsafe and unpredictable, However I have reliable transportation and will be there to take care of your pup (or kitty) right on time for walks, overnights, visits, and long term stays.

About: My name is Nick and I am a teacher in Chesterfield county looking to use my love for animals as a way to make some extra money over the summer. I have had dogs and cats growing up my whole life and currently have a dog named Bagel and a cat named Friday. I also have lots of experience dog/cat sitting for friends and family over the years ever since I was in high-school. I am a teacher so I won’t be working during the summers so I will have unlimited time during the day/night to take care of your pets and their needs. Once the school year starts I will still be available! I have a lot of energy myself so if your pets love to get exercise/play around I am very up for that. Don't tell my family, but I'm definitely my dog's favorite! Growing up, I was always the go-to dog, cat, and one time a mini pig, sitter for friends and family. Taking care of animals has always been a passion for me! Since I moved out of my parents' home, I'm no longer directly in charge of taking care of my family dog, but I have now adopted a cat. I have always felt a special connection to dogs, and I am happy to say I feel that way about cats now too. I work full-time; however, I live close to my job and have flexibility when it comes to coming home to take care of any pets. I also have my afternoons free!
