“Daniel was great! He went above and beyond to take care of Lainey while I was gone. Taking care of her, cleaning up after her, and making sure she felt safe and cared for while staying home alone for the week. He was even nice enough to drop off some cookies for me and my girlfriend on his last visit. An extremely nice gesture, having known we both contracted Covid during our trip (it’s the little things 🙂). I will definitely request service from him again if he’s available in the future and strongly recommended others do the same. 10/10 dog sitting!”

About: I have owned dogs, cats, birds and reptiles for most of my adult life, and always had them in my home. I am retired and want to spend my free time with animals. I currently have one dog, a 15-pound neutered male, Leo. I am not working, so have plenty of time to help take care of your pet. I don't mind getting up early, like dog walks, and have a very flexible schedule. I have a good-sized fenced back yard, and a very friendly and playful dog in my home. I live within two blocks of Forest Hill Park, and walk there several times per day.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 8-5, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.
