About: I am a musician, property manager, & ex-software dev who enjoys taking care of animals. One of my favorite experiences was caring for a small farm (dogs, cats, horses, and chickens!) in Kentucky. I love taking dogs on walks around town & to explore the river! I don't work during the day, so I can accommodate feedings, med delivery, walks, and playtime all day long! About: I’m new to Rover sitting so I don’t have many reviews yet, but I’m no stranger to petsitting. I’ve owned and cared for furry (scaled and feathered!) friends my whole life. From cats and dogs, to guinea pigs and bunnies, to fish and birds. I even have experience caring for sugar gliders and a ball python. I’ve worked as a pet uber (with a company called Leash) and volunteered at shelters, socializing events, and cat rescues for several years, so I’m used to all kinds of pet personalities. From shy snugglers, to loyal guardians, to spunky characters, to goofy adventurers, I love them all! You can trust I will love on your baby and treat them with as much care as I do my own fur babies. I am currently an online psychology masters student finishing my thesis and a substitute teacher. Since my recent medical retirement from the military, my schedule’s become more flexible, which means more walks, belly rubs, and playtime for your pets! I am more than willing to do virtual and in person meet and greets to learn pet needs and routines. I will also accept any additional written/typed outlines detailing your pets care. You name it and I’ll do it; whatever is best for you and your fur baby. Dogs under my care will enjoy long walks and dog parks trips where applicable. If you have a puppy (or dog) in training, I love to partner in their learning using whatever commands you prefer. Kitties under my care will get lots of playtime with wands and lasers, as well as tons of snuggles.

About: I've never not had animals in my life! I spent my early years on a working farm and have always had a way with animals. Dogs love me (cats, too!) and I them ❤️ I have many years of experience in the veterinary field and know what to do in emergencies. I am currently working part time and my schedule is flexible. I do work away from home for 5-8 hours a day, split shift. I have dogs amd cats but can keep them separate, if necessary. My dogs are dog friendly, although my beagle mix is very bossy (typical!) Dogs will be in the house with my dogs, but they can be separated, if needed. I can crate, if the parents supply the crate. Dogs will be leash walked in the wide front yard but we can also go across the street to the dog park, too!

About: One of the first things people notice about me is how animals are drawn to me. For some reason I was the only person who could sit my cousin's dog, who wanted to bite everyone else. Odds are good your pet will make a new friend while you're away. I'm currently between full-time jobs, which gives me the flexibility to build my schedule to meet the needs of clients, whether it's just dropping in or a long-term stay. My apartment has a very cat-friendly setup, though obviously most cats prefer staying on their own turf. For dogs, I'll need to come to you.
