“Rebecca and Stan were absolutely wonderful in watching Buddy for nine nights. They knew I was a nervous doggie mom, but they alleviated any concerns with multiple photos and videos on how he was interacting with Archie and Fiona, and texts on how he was eating and sleeping. I feel they treated him like part of their family. I would not hesitate to have Buddy return to their care.”

“There aren't enough stars for a rating! Fabienne was just fabulous in every way. I received many photos so I knew my 12 year old lab was in good hands. She wrapped him in a thunder shirt during a thunder storm, gave him lots of love, and even forgave him for getting into her garbage!”

“Our pups always have a great time staying with Matthew and Heidi - they're great! So communicative, kind, and caring with our dogs. We appreciate the care they provide!”

“Ben was great to give us updates on our dog Yuki as she stayed with him and his family over a weekend. She was well taken care of and it was great to have some peace of mind knowing Yuki was in good hands. I would certainly recommend Ben for anyone needing to have someone look after their pet!”

“Julie was amazing, in all regards. Daily communication, pictures and updates. Also, this is the happiest I've ever seen my cat after I pick him up. Usually he sleeps for a couple of days like he was feeling in danger when I board him. This time I picked up a freshly brushed happy camper and a lovable fur ball. Thank you Julie”

About: New to rover, but not new to sitting! I’ve cared for animals my whole life, including many years with my own cat through every stage, into her senior years. We've helped care for dogs for friends and family, focusing on fun and comfort, and are hoping to care for others! Though not current pet owners ourselves, we enjoy having animals in the home and aim to provide a safe and loving environment for every fur-baby we care for. Being home throughout most days of the week allows pet care to fit very naturally into our daily routine. Pets receive regular potty breaks, consistent feeding, playtime, and plenty of supervision throughout the day. We have a family home environment, therefore we only accept pets who are comfortable around children. A structured routine works especially well for pets who thrive on consistency, and we only take one pet at a time which allows for focused attention and care. In our home, your fur-baby will be cared for in a structured, family oriented setting where they can feel safe and settled. We aim to follow each pet’s normal schedule as closely as possible, including feeding times, potty breaks, exercise, and rest. A large fenced yard provides plenty of space for supervised roaming, play, and outdoor time throughout the day. For safety, we ask that pets be up to date on vaccinations and current on flea/tick prevention before boarding or daycare stays. For drop in visits, the focus is on helping pets stay relaxed and cared for in their own familiar space. Each visit includes attention, fresh water, feeding if needed, potty breaks or playtime, and close attention to behavior and overall well being.
“Shayne took such good care of our pup! It was so nice not having to worry about Lu while we were out of town. I loved all the pictures and videos we received each day of Lu playing and making friends. Highly recommend Shayne for any boarding needs.”

“I loved that we kept in contact through the weekend. This was my girls (2 Chihuahuas) first time ever being away from me. They have always stayed with my family but since moving to a new state, I don't know anyone. After meeting her, I felt comfortable with leaving my baby girls. She communicated very well and sent me a picture of my girls. Thank you so much Karen.”

“Our recent stay for Sam with Madison was our first time using the Rover app. Wow! We could not have asked for more -- it genuinely blew us away how great the experience was! Madison was a tremendous host for Sam -- extremely responsive on the message app; very courtesy and friendly with the drop-off of Sam; provided photos/video and daily recaps of Sam's stay; and was flexible and willing to accommodate us to our convenience on pick-up. Not only have we found the Rover app to be easy to navigate and efficient with the information it provides -- we have found Madison to be an All-Star Sitter, that frankly probably provided better care for Sam than he receives on a weekly basis at home! Genuinely very impressed and appreciative of Madison and the Rover platform.”

About: I have cared for many dogs throughout childhood into adulthood. I decided to start offering my services as our golden retriever passed away almost a year ago. This reminded me of how much joy and comfort dogs bring into our lives and how important it is to make sure they feel that same love and care in return! I work M-F 8am to 5pm but my Friday night, Saturday and Sundays are open to dog sitting! I love going on neighborhood walks and hikes and would love for your dog to join me. I have a fenced in back yard and do not have any other pets, so your pup can run around and sniff in the yard as much as they want.
“We loved having our dog stay with Jared! It was so nice knowing she was in good hands. He sent lots of pictures which we loved! She had a great time playing with the other dogs as well.”

“Kelly is fantastic! Our dog Elle gets nervous around new people but warmed up to Kelly almost immediately. While we were away, she sent us pictures and detailed updates which were very appreciated!”

Manuela was absolutely fantastic! She provided exceptional care for my dog and was highly communicative throughout the entire sit. She is clearly experienced, knew exactly what to do to keep my dog happy and comfortable, and showed a level of genuine care that is hard to find. It’s great to find a sitter you can truly trust.

Matthew and Heidi did an amazing job taking care of our 2 dogs for 3 weeks! Our senior dog has incontinence issues and they handled it extremely well and professional. I received regular updates without getting overwhelmed with pictures as this was quite a long stay. They always respond very timely in case of questions. I had a very good feeling leaving our dogs with them although we booked them for the first time. I will definitely book with them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Lindsay! She took excellent care of my dogs and kept me updated with regular photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was clear that my dogs were happy, comfortable, and well loved during the stay. I truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail she showed. I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter!

My pup & I had such a great experience Edward! He made sure Jack-Jack got all the exercise, play time, attention & love he needed. He also provided constant updates and photos which I always appreciate. I felt so at ease the whole weekend knowing Jack-Jack was in good hands. Would highly recommend!!
