About: I have offered animal care services for 15 years. My experience includes daycare, medication administration, drop in visits, dog walks, and care for other animals such as cats, chickens, and other farm animals! I have little kids so services I offer require your dog be comfortable around kids, although their direct interaction will be limited. I have 2 dogs at my home. About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I currently have a 12 year old Doberman, a 2 year old pitbull mix, 4 black cats, 2 donkeys, 6 chickens and a parakeet. In the recent past, I worked as a temporary Animal Care Technician at the Ingham County Animal Control which gave me experience handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and cats with different behaviors. I also learned a lot about giving medications and vaccines, animal enrichment, feeding guidelines and more. I am very interested in dog training so your dogs will get some free training as I am sure I will be practicing any new techniques I learn with my clients! Recently I opened a small dog daycare a mile down the road from my home. Any dog that stays with me will likely get to go down to play with other dogs during the day. If you would like to learn more, just ask! Pet Care is my full time job. I love what I do. Please see my calendar or check with me on my availability for specific dates and times. BOARDING: Any dog I board must get along with my dogs. We will set up a free Meet and Greet at my home before the visit gets booked to make sure it will be a good fit. I have a large fenced in back yard but can also take your dog for daily walks if you prefer. We do also have 2 donkeys that share a fence line with our backyard area. They are used to dogs and have never broken through the fence. I always treat others pets as my own. I interact with them with patience, gentleness and love. I only use positive reinforcement. I am an active person and love to play ball and go for walks or slow jogs, but I also love to cuddle with any furry friends. Pets are family!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats since I was 5 years old. Family and friends have never hesitated to trust me as their dog sitter! I’m able to work with any dog or cat, whether that be puppies and kittens or your senior animal! I’m currently on winter break from college and have very flexible availability. My work schedule is set weekly, so I update my Rover calendar regularly and communicate clearly about availability. I’m fully available Saturdays and Sundays, and consistently available Fridays after 5pm. Once classes resume, I’ll have a more structured schedule and will continue to keep my calendar up to date so pet parents always know when I’m available.
