About: I have a 55 lb loving soul named Penny. I love coming home from work and there she is, excited to greet me. Walking dogs is relaxing and a great bonding experience. Car rides and dog parks are just the best. I am currently a teacher in Charlotte, but will be pretty open once classes and graduation are over on June 14th. Except for one week in July when I will be on vacation, my schedule will be wide open until mid-August. Let me care for your pet while you relax! I have one dog and a semi-feral cat. My pets are a part of the family and are allowed on furniture and beds, and very much welcome to take naps with me! My pets are well-loved and I give them my full attention. I enjoy walking my dog as much as she does. I am not squeamish at all of picking up poo in a bag and carrying it back home. Litter boxes - part of my life since I was a small child. I have much experience in that department. I love cats and dogs!

About: I'm a certified veterinary assistant, and I’m currently in school to obtain my veterinary technician certification. I interned at a veterinary clinic for six months and have been working at a dog daycare and boarding facility for almost a year now. I work part-time. My shifts are either 6:30-1:30, 6:30-11:30, and 1:30-7, and on days I “double” I have a 2-hour break in between. Besides work, I am taking an online class for Vet Tech, so I can do it anywhere I need to. I have been around various breeds. I know the warning signs of when a pet is scared or not comfortable, and I always take my time with new fur friends.

She sat with him and made him feel comfortable until he felt ok and safe enough to walk on a leash with her. About: About Me: I’ve had dogs for over 20 years - it’s their world, I’m just living in it! Every dog is like family to me. I’ve cared for working breeds, couch potatoes, and everything in between, and enjoy getting to know each dog’s quirks and personality. How I Work: I adjust to each dog’s needs, whether it’s long walks, fetch, or simply keeping them company. I’m calm, laidback, and respectful of their routines. I usually stick to morning and evening walks to avoid the heat, but I’m flexible based on your dog’s needs. My goal is always to help them feel safe, comfortable, and secure while you’re away. I have two working breeds at home, so daily exercise and structure are part of my rhythm. One’s basically a sled dog who always needs a job; the other doesn’t know where he is, who he is, or what a ball is. I’m used to balancing high energy with downtime and do my best to mirror your routine as closely as possible. Availability & Overnight Stays: I don’t live alone, so my dogs are well cared for when I’m away. For overnight stays, once I arrive, I’m settled in. I work from home as an illustrator, so I’m around all day and stay overnight. For longer stays (3+ nights), I’ll step out briefly to walk my dogs and run a quick errand, but otherwise I’m there around the clock. My dogs have never been left alone overnight or for more than a few hours, and I treat everyone’s dogs with the same care. Communication: I typically check in once or twice a day with updates and photos - more if your dog is being a cutie! I’m happy to adjust to whatever communication style works best for you. Just let me know. Experience With Special Needs: I’m experienced with administering oral medications, ear drops, topical treatments, and even inhalers for cats. I’m also planning to complete pet CPR/first aid certification. While I haven’t cared for senior pets before, I’m comfortable with mobility support, slower-paced walks, and extra patience. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I work from home and have a flexible schedule throughout the week. I can dog sit on weekends and can do some week days. I prefer at least a day in advance notice but can occasionally do last minute. I am comfortable pet sitting at your home and following whatever routine your pet is accustomed to. Unfortunately, I can’t offer boarding at my house at this time.

About: I guarantee your dog will love us and want to come back! We don't just care for your dog, we play with them and treat them like our own. We have experience with day boarding, play dates, dog walking, overnight boarding, and long term boarding up to 6 weeks in length. Your dog will be in our care the entire time. I stay at home with our kids whom I homeschool. My husband works from home. We have a lovable mini labradoodle that loves to play and will make your pup feel at home instantly! We take time to walk your dog and go for car rides as much as your pup prefers! We have a one acre fenced yard your pup is welcome to explore. About: I am always home I’ve had a dog all my life and cats. I love animals they’re like people they deserve love and attention just like people. I’m available almost everyday I love playing, and walking animals to get some fresh air and exercise . I will be able to walk the animals about 4 times a day and feed them however many times I’m able to feed them a day. I am also a student at Johnson and wales University my term just ended so I am available all the time.
