“Irvin was so kind and gracious. He volunteered to watch our pups at the last minute and took such good care of them. He was communicative and attentive to our messages about the walk. Will be booking Irving again in the future! ?”

About: I raised my Shih Tzu from 3 months up until I lost him to kidney disease on 9/11/2024. I walked him on a regular basis except rainy days (he hated getting wet lol), he was potty trained and free to roam the house while I was not home. Everyone ( family, friends, neighbors) knew how much I loved and cared for him. When he was in his last days from kidney failure, I stayed by his side until the end. I kept his routine the same. I pushed him in his stroller when he could not walk anymore. Administered him an IV daily to keep him hydrated when he barely ate and drank. I laid with him and held him until he let me know it was time for him to go to that Rainbow Bridge. As a newly retired person, I have plenty of time to give your furry friend(s) all the love, walks, and attention they need and deserve. Whether in my home or a clients, I provide a comfortable environment with meals, walks, playtime and companionship. I follow their routines as instructed to keep them happy and comfortable.

About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life, primarily large dogs up until end of life, as well as cats in the last 6 years. I’ve got extensive experience with these guys, and my love for these animals runs deep! I’m currently self-employed, so my schedule is very flexible for visiting or playing with your pets! The best times to schedule me are between 8am and 8pm, but I am open to other hours with planning in advance. :) I have a screened in yard, as well as 2 crates for small dogs and cats, comfy beds, and toys for them to play with! I also have treats and a dedicated space within my home for them to relax in.
“Priya was prompt, friendly, and did a great job walking my Blaze. The first day was interesting as Blaze constantly escaped her collar and running back to the house. By the second day Blaze was excited to see her and kept looking out the window when she left. I would recommend her for anyone who needs a good walker.”

About: I've had family pets my entire life and have been the primary care giver for the majority of the time. I've also had foster puppies and dealt with very anxious larger dogs. I have a hybrid schedule so have great flexibility during the week. I'm completely free most afternoons for walks and longer sessions. Weekends are also no trouble, but fill up quickly. Each pet has their own needs. I'm able to just sit and pet or rough house with their favorite toy. I'm very respectful of crate time and treat schedules.
“Jordan did a great job in taking care of my fur baby. She left me detailed notes and cleaned up a mess that my dog left behind when she didn’t have to. Would definitely recommend and will use her again.”

About: I have 8 months of professional experience working as a Resort Associate at Pet Paradise, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels in both playgroup and boarding environments. My responsibilities included supervising group play, monitoring behavior and health, administering basic care, cleaning and sanitizing spaces, and ensuring every dog felt safe and comfortable during their stay. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a dedicated dog owner. I have hands-on experience caring for dogs with special health needs, including managing allergies and other medical conditions. This has made me very attentive to detail, comfortable following specific feeding instructions, and confident in recognizing changes in behavior or health. I treat every dog as if they were my own — with patience, consistency, and lots of love. I am currently a university student with classes on Mondays and Wednesdays after 3:00 PM. I am fully available mornings and early afternoons on those days, and I have open availability at all times on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and weekends. I’m happy to accommodate early morning, midday, evening, and last-minute requests whenever possible. Whether I’m caring for pets in my client’s home or providing walks and drop-in visits, my priority is safety, routine, and comfort. In a client’s home, I carefully follow all feeding instructions, medication schedules, and household guidelines exactly as provided. I make sure fresh water is always available, food portions are measured accurately, and any special dietary or allergy needs are strictly respected. I am very attentive to behavioral changes and health cues, especially because I have personal experience caring for dogs with medical conditions and allergies. During walks, I prioritize leash safety, avoid high-traffic areas when possible, and adjust pace based on the dog’s energy level and physical needs. After walks, I always check paws, ensure they are comfortable, and leave the home clean and secure. My professional experience as a Resort Associate at Pet Paradise has trained me to monitor group behavior, recognize stress signals, and maintain clean, sanitized environments. I bring that same level of attentiveness and professionalism into every home I enter. Most importantly, I treat every pet as if they were my own — with patience, consistency, and lots of affection.
“Dorothy is the best! I moved recently and needed someone right away for my fur baby. I appreciate how she communicates during her time with my dog. Dorothy is reliable and loves my chocolate Labrador Retriever. He loves her as well!”

About: Hi, I’m Jillian. I currently own 2 dogs. A hound shepherd and mini dachshund beagle. Growing up we had a chocolate lab. Later on the family adopted a shepherd mix and then a husky. I also used to have an adorable little hedgehog and 2 birds. I currently work full time during the week and the occasional Saturday. Depending on distance I will be available for your pets for a mid day check in. I have experience at the Humane Society of Eastern North Carolina; walking/playing with dogs and feeding cats. I’ve also worked at an exotic animal farm (It’s a Zoo Life) taking care of the animals and assisting tours. I’m comfortable giving medications. Both of our family dogs take daily meditations as well as my hound shepherd. The husky is disabled, has had many surgeries and sometimes needs help getting around. I’m willing to pick up and drop off, bathe, walk and entertain your animals. I will also house sit, water plants or check mail if needed. I love puppies and kittens and I’m willing to stay overnight if needed. Exotic pets welcome! I currently work one full time job. Durning the week I have a break mid day. No breaks on the weekends but shorter hours. Depending on the distance of the address I can stop in on my break as well as before and after work. I like to stick to house rules of the owner. Please let me know specific things you would like me to oblige by or things to look out for. Otherwise the standard no crewing on people things only their own stuff, no getting on tables or counters, no biting, no pee/poop on furniture, etc.
About: I’ve raised five rescue dogs and two rescue cats over the years. I currently have two pups: my Lola, a working breed with many VERY important jobs that the future of this country depends on (if you ask her) and Linus, my funemployed couch potato. My dogs are my life and they’re spoiled for it is their God-given right. I extend that same God-given right to every pet I care for :) They deserve the best in life! They’ll get as much walking, snuggling, fetch, or enrichment if they need their minds kept busy. I also sing opera and jazz to them but will stop if they tell me to 🙂↕️ I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs: high energy herding/working breeds, snuggly companion breeds, 70 lb lapdogs, dogs with separation anxiety, dogs with eccentricities that we don’t judge - this is a safe space. I’ve watched so many dogs that make me crack up with their antics. I’m also a big cat lover. I have experience with social cats who need to help out when I’m doing yoga or cooking or just want to snuggle and watch movies. I also have experience with divas and independent cats who lurk and come out when and if they feel like it. I know it can be tough when you’re away from your pets, so I do everything I can to keep their routines consistent and comforting. On the first day of a house sit, I’ll usually work a half day so I can spend extra time helping them settle in or get their new person excitement out. After that, I work a flexible 9-5ish from your home, so they’ll have plenty of company throughout the day. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I leave to walk my dogs and run errands but aside from that I’m with your pets. I prefer at least a couple days notice but can occasionally do last minute so don’t be afraid to ask! I’m comfortable pet sitting at your home and will follow the routine your pet is used to. Unfortunately, I can’t offer boarding at my house.

Yelyzaveta took wonderful care of my dog Blaze during her walks. Blaze was so happy to see her come that she would jump at the door. Yelyzaveta was professional and friendly. And I would definitely recommend her for dog walking. I would book her again should I need a dog walker.

Hanna Rose was so accommodating in confirming a couple of last minute walks for Molly. Molly can be a high-energy pup, but Hanna Rose handled her with ease and was so open to following her more structured routine. I really appreciated her flexibility and care, and I look forward to booking more walks and stays with her soon!
