About: Growing up around dogs and having two of my own, I understand the separation anxiety of leaving them at home for long periods or for vacations (been there!). I also understand if you have specific lists of needs as well (been there too!) So I will ensure your doggo is well loved and you get as much contact from me as you need to feel comfortable. I am currently a grad student, so most of my days are spent at home or being active outside (I like walking, hiking and I run 5-6x/week). This makes my days very flexible with what I can fit into my schedule. I can guarantee they will fit right in. If we book an appointment, that means my time is now theirs! I can stay over if your pet likes their home, or I have a fenced yard with a large doggie door for in/out access. I also have a separate doggie couch we can chill on and they are welcome to get on the bed at night (unless you have a no-furniture rule!) I do pick up backyard waste wherever they stay. It's no fun playing in poo...or coming home to a yard full of it! I just had to say goodbye to my beloved chocolate lab/vizsla from cancer who was a tripod, so your doggo would have the run of the house. This also means I can give medication and look after dogs that need extra care.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was a child. We always had a furry family friend, and I took pride in caring for friends, neighbors, and family's pets. I have had my girl, Bell (a 70lb lab mix), for a few years now and can't imagine my life without her. I wish I could add another pup to our home, but living in an apartment we don't quite have the space. So, I love the opportunity to meet and care for your babies through Rover. Any and all instructions you leave for me will be followed with the utmost care to keep you and your pup happy. I I have been caring for cats and dogs since I was a child. Olive (30lb mix breed) came into my life thanks to my partner and she is an absolute angel - a miniature lookalike of Bell, they quickly became bffs. I don’t think I could ever have enough paws in my life, so I love the opportunity to meet and care for your babies through Rover. Any and all instructions you leave for me will be followed with the utmost care to keep you and your baby(íes) happy. I moved to Charlotte from Atlanta over the summer and have recently gotten back on Rover after some time off to settle into various life changes. I am a PhD student at UNC Charlotte and working part-time, so I will have plenty of time to play with and care for your pups amidst my writing time. My weekly schedule stays fairly consistent with classes. Weekends vary for me, so I will update my calendar as needed. I will take great care to ensure your pup/kitty is safe and happy, by being observant and adhering to all instructions left for me. Your pets' comfort is my priority. I know each pet is unique, and I can and will adjust accordingly to best fit their needs! Expect plenty of photo updates. My schedule stays fairly consistent and I will be sure to update my calendar on a regular basis. As far as places I have to be physically during the week: I have class Monday morning and Wednesday morning and evening (could potentially come between classes). Everything else is virtual, so I am able to flex my schedule. Happy to discuss in detail. My schedule has allowed me to care for both of our babies with plenty of time for play and snuggles. In your home - I am respectful, tidy, and follow any and all instructions left for me to ensure your pet is comfy and well taken care of in your absence. In our home - we have a large, partially fenced in yard and enough space inside for playing and resting. Again, all instructions followed as every pet is unique and has their own needs and personalities. Our pups are friendly, social, and have been around plenty of other animals.

About: I walk and watch friends dogs and also have regularly walked a number of dogs from my apartment building. I also have had over a dozen different dogs stay with me overnight I am currently a full time remote worker able to walk dogs during lunch if needed and also able to have dogs in my apartment while I work. I am able to take dogs out as regularly as needed and have a small dog park in my apartment building. I have a small apartment but I allow dogs to spend time wherever they would like to

About: I have 9yrs experience of taking care of a German Shepard mix. I understand no two dogs are the same and each some with their own personalities and needs. I work fully remote at home and have a pretty flexible schedule! That being said, I would be available 24/7 and happy to organize a pick up or drop off time that works best for you. I have a 2,300sq foot house in Cotswold with a huge fenced in backyard. I’m happy to host here or at your house based on your pets needs. I don’t have any pets and just one roommate whose hallway will be blocked off. Otherwise, my home environment is calm and open.
