About: Hello, Rover world! My name is Gerardo, and I am the proud human to Elle and Tayter Dot. I am here to find fun playmates for my girls by hosting your pets. Please note that I will not host any dogs we have not previously met, for the safety of all involved. Since I'm already a dog parent, I'm already doing the dog routine - feeding, walking, petting, etc. Adding your pup to the routine will be pretty natural as a result. Hubs and I work from home, so we are actively spending time with your dog no matter what! We ask that your pet be housebroken. If they have a crate, we can add that to our routine, though our girls have full reign of the house. (It's their house, I just live in it.) Your pet can expect fresh water, a clean home, a yard to run in, and lots of treats. (Maybe also a weird dog voice...sorry not sorry!) I do my best to walk the girls more than once a day. We are regulars at various trails and greenways, as well as hanging with other friends and their dogs. My spouse and I are attentive to the needs of our girls, and will treat your dog like one of our own. You can expect your dog to be loved on, with lots of fetch in the yard, snuggles on the couch, and homemade treats for all.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid. It comes natural to me. Because I work from home, your dog won’t be left alone all day. They will get consistent attention and supervision. I currently offer house sitting, doggy daycare, and dog walking, and I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I have a special soft spot for big, goofy pitties, but every pup is welcome. I’m attentive, patient, and tuned in to each dog’s individual needs. whether that’s walks, playtime or cuddle breaks. My goal is always to make your dog feel safe, happy, and right at home. Working from home allows for consistent potty breaks, feeding, walks, playtime and supervision. I have flexibility on the weekends as well. I can accommodate longer stays. I provide a calm, secure, and attentive environment whether pets are in my home or yours. I live in a house with a large yard for safe outdoor time, and I’m mindful of slow, respectful introductions since I also have a cat. In clients’ homes, I follow care instructions closely to maintain your pet’s routine, comfort, and safety — treating your space and your pet with the same respect I would my own.

About: I raised my Shih Tzu from 3 months up until I lost him to kidney disease on 9/11/2024. I walked him on a regular basis except rainy days (he hated getting wet lol), he was potty trained and free to roam the house while I was not home. Everyone ( family, friends, neighbors) knew how much I loved and cared for him. When he was in his last days from kidney failure, I stayed by his side until the end. I kept his routine the same. I pushed him in his stroller when he could not walk anymore. Administered him an IV daily to keep him hydrated when he barely ate and drank. I laid with him and held him until he let me know it was time for him to go to that Rainbow Bridge. As a newly retired person, I have plenty of time to give your furry friend(s) all the love, walks, and attention they need and deserve. Whether in my home or a clients, I provide a comfortable environment with meals, walks, playtime and companionship. I follow their routines as instructed to keep them happy and comfortable.

About: Hi! My name is Kortney and I would love to care for your loved ones. I love animals of all types. I’ve had two dogs and a fish in the past, and now I have the world’s most gentle cat! I) I am available for house sitting, walks and play time, potty breaks, meal times, baths, and general companionship during the day/night (they get lonely too!). I don’t have a breed preference, all friendly animals are welcome. I don’t have an age preference either, although I do have a soft spot for old pups. My partner is also on Rover and we often work together. Smoke-free household. I’m very flexible! I am currently working part time during the week and I’m off on weekends so I’ll have tons of time to take great care of your fur babies! I make sure that I don’t pet sit animals with opposing temperaments at the same time. I’m very in tune with cues that they give off. I can also crate your dog if needed.
