About: Growing up around dogs and having two of my own, I understand the separation anxiety of leaving them at home for long periods or for vacations (been there!). I also understand if you have specific lists of needs as well (been there too!) So I will ensure your doggo is well loved and you get as much contact from me as you need to feel comfortable. I am currently a grad student, so most of my days are spent at home or being active outside (I like walking, hiking and I run 5-6x/week). This makes my days very flexible with what I can fit into my schedule. I can guarantee they will fit right in. If we book an appointment, that means my time is now theirs! I can stay over if your pet likes their home, or I have a fenced yard with a large doggie door for in/out access. I also have a separate doggie couch we can chill on and they are welcome to get on the bed at night (unless you have a no-furniture rule!) I do pick up backyard waste wherever they stay. It's no fun playing in poo...or coming home to a yard full of it! I just had to say goodbye to my beloved chocolate lab/vizsla from cancer who was a tripod, so your doggo would have the run of the house. This also means I can give medication and look after dogs that need extra care.

“Anna was great with oso especially given it was a last minute booking. She was very responsive and sent lots of cute pictures. Highly recommend !”

About: Hello, I am the daughter of a real life dog whisperer and like everyone in my family, I love dogs (all animals to be honest). I have decided to open my home to other dogs. Whether it’s difficult medical needs, I have trained with a vet for dog CPR, shots and even IVs are no problem. My dog Bailey is very sociable and loves to play with others. In addition, I am very adept at training should you want me to help with that (basic commands and tricks) while they are in my home. My home is set up so any dog can easily find water to stay hydrated. A large and completely fenced back yard will provide plenty of safe fun and exercise. Your baby is never left unattended outside. For a fun and loving environment, book a stay with me I work from home and that is part-time so I am always with your baby. If I have to leave for an appointment then I keep it to 3 hrs only. I also leave them in my bedroom and bath because I have a sticker on the window to let first responders to start in this area to save pets. I have a huge fenced-in backyard and I am always outside with them. My backyard has sun and plenty of shade at all times. I also leave the babies in my bedroom should I need to run an errand because I have a sticker on my bedroom window for first responders to save animals here. I also have stairs up to my bed so even older dogs or dogs with arthritis can get in the bed or I can pick them up. I have an orthopedic dog bed and sever other dog beds if they don't want to sleep in my bed.

“Morgan was excellent. My wife was nervous about having someone watch over our cat. Morgan met with us before we traveled, which took away all concerns within a few minutes of meeting her. Our cat is a coward and thus hides from strangers. We did not expect she would see him for several days. Miraculously by day two Morgan had won his confidence and he came out to see her for the rest of the week. I highly recommend her services for cats. She was on time and sent pictures and comments for each visit. We will be booking with Morgan again. 5 out of 5 stars.”

About: I am a certified vet assistant and I’m currently in school to get my vet tech certification. I interned at a vet clinic for 6 months and currently work at a dog daycare/boarding facility for almost a year now. I work part time. My shifts are either 6:30-11:30, 1:30-7 and on days I “double” I have a 2 hour break in between. I can always request time off if needed they are very flexible. Other than work I am doing online school so I can do it anywhere I need to. I have been around all kinds of breeds. I know the warning signs of when a pet is scared or not comfortable and I always take my time with new fur friends.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs since elementary school, and I’ve loved every minute of it! I adopted my own dog 9 years ago, Zola, who is the love of my life (don’t tell my husband). But I didn’t stop there—I’m also a proud cat lady with two rescue cats, Cameron and Callie, who have been with me for 10 years. I’m all about making sure every pet feels at home, safe, and loved while their humans are away. Pets have unique personalities, so I aim to provide personalized care and make their time without you as comfy and fun as possible! While I’m new to Rover, I’ve been a dog and cat sitter for neighbors, friends, and relatives for 15+ years. I’ve always loved taking care of pets, whether it’s giving dogs their daily walks, playtime, or keeping cats entertained and comfortable. I know first-hand how important it is for pet owners to feel at ease while they’re away, so I do my best to give them the peace of mind and take care of their babies like they are my own! :) I work from home full time so I have a ton of flexibility to care for pets during the day! I can let them out for frequent breaks or take quick walks during the work day. And of course, after 5 PM I’m available to take them on a long walk or do some fun activities! When I care for pets, whether at my place or yours, I make sure they’re safe, comfortable, and happy. I always take the time to get to know their routine and any special needs they have—like food preferences, meds, or favorite toys. I create a pet-friendly space, making sure everything’s secure and they have a quiet spot to chill if they need it. My home is clean and free from hazards and also has a large fenced in yard. I also love sending updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands!

“Phenomenal work. I truly appreciate her willingness to take care of the cats in such detail since they are my fur babies. Both my cats rated her to paws up, and mentioned she was purrfect, will hire again.”

“Makayla was great with Beau and my home. She went above and beyond her duties. I know Beau looks forward to having more walks with such a caring and attentive dog walker.”

“Daizsha took great care of our cats while we were gone over the holidays. Clearly a very kind and thoughtful person, I would recommend her! She stayed in touch and communicated well, and interacted with the girls a lot. We really appreciate her.”

About: I grew up around animals all my life. My mother was a talented vet tech and with her I helped take care of many different breeds of dogs, cats and more! I have plenty of time in the afternoon and evenings to care for your pets well being. I work through the week so weekends are a great option too! I live in a safe and quiet neighborhood with other pet owners. My backyard has a secure fence so your dog can enjoy an outside play area. I also have a greenway close by that is great for walks!

“I procrastinated and needed a last minute a pet sitter for my cat during the holidays. Annemarie was really accommodating to my needs on such a short notice, willing to even do a meet and greet on the day of booking since I had to leave the next day. Overall, Annemarie is a wonderful and trustworthy person who will send update pictures and videos of your four-legged best friend while following the notes you left to a T. Definitely recommend.”

“Michaela is one of the best Rover’s I have ever had. She is so genuine, responsive, attentive, understanding, etc!!!! I have unfortunately had to cancel last minute and she never seems upset or bothered by the circumstances. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Michaela for being so sweet to our fur babies!!!”

7. Brett S.
“Brett cared for our black lab puppy Knox for a week this past summer. Brett stayed at our home and exceeded our expectations of the care we desired. He not only took regular walks and gave ample attention to our attention-starved puppy, but he also checked our mail and kept our outdoor cat fed. He had also returned the home to the way we had left it, leaving it clean and tidy as if he never stayed at our house. This is one of the best experiences we have had with pet care. We have used doggy hotels in the past, but our pets have come home with kennel cough or with withdrawal issues. We did not experience any negative issues in working with Brett. We would highly recommend him and plan to use his services again in the future.”
