About: I am new to the business of dog walking and dog sitting, but I have been around dogs the majority of my life. Growing up my family had three dogs, and currently I have a seven year old rescue dog, named Arya, whom I had adopted in 2019. I am originally from Charlotte, so I know the area well. Looking forward to this experience! While I used to be employed as a TA at FSU when I was a graduate student, I am currently unemployed and searching for research positions as a biologist. My days consist currently of job applications or writing papers, so I hace a flexible schedule. I will treat all dogs with the same love and care, no matter their breed, age, etc. My own dog is a mutt (Rottweiler mix).

About: I have been taking care of family dogs and my neighbors dogs since I was 10. I also raised my puppy since she was 4 weeks old. I am currently not working so I have open availability preferably mornings and afternoons. I am willing to work around your schedule as well if needed. I have a big yard with a 6foot tall fence, so they have freedom in the backyard to play and run. I also am cautious with the animals when they are outside.

I live in Charlotte’s SouthPark neighborhood, have reliable transportation, and especially enjoy providing overnight care so your dog can remain comfortable in their familiar surroundings. I’ll follow your dog’s routine, provide plenty of affection, and keep you updated with photos and messages while you’re away. My goal is simple: to give your dog the same love and attention I’d want someone to give my own. I am free most days except Friday around 4PM. My weeks/weekends are very flexible. I just moved and can’t have a pet in my current apartment so, I love to help you with yours. I don’t usually care for pets in my own home being that I have an apartment with no yard. Which is why my services are set to housesitting and drop in visits.

“Alexander was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous at first. I have a Great Dane and she is my animal child so, like any pet parent, you want the best for them. My dog was very hesitant at first because she was on guard and protecting her home. I currently have 1 dog and 3 cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, routines, and needs. I work night shifts in project management, so my daytime schedule is wide open. I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and giving your pets some extra attention while you’re away. My schedule also gives me plenty of flexibility, so I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine and needs. I have 1 dog, 3 cats, and a fish at home, so I understand that every pet has different needs and routines. I treat every animal in my care with the same patience and attention that I give my own pets. I’m careful about doors, gates, leashes, feeding instructions, and anything else you ask me to keep an eye on.
