He did a good job taking care of Bean for me, and included pictures so I knew he was doing well. He even offered to cover an extra day if I was running late getting home. Mallory was amazing. First time user, so I accidentally setup my request incorrectly, Mallory happily corrected it as I needed. She’s was great, on time and followed instructions. Mitts was very pleased with her services and we look forward to booking with Mallory again in the future. She really came through last minute before my trip and could not ask for a better sitter.
Ella was so great with our cat! He can be shy and a little timid and warmed up to her immediately. Communication was awesome and we loved getting all of the cute pictures every day. Having Ella checking in while we were away gave us such peace of mind. We’d recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her regularly!
Sydney was great with our cats! She sent pictures every day and stayed in frequent communication. When we thought we had a problem with our dog-sitter and that we might have to have him brought home while we were still out of town, Sydney offered to watch him as well. It worked out, and he stayed where he was, but it was such a relief knowing we could count on Sydney to take care of him, if needed. Highly recommend!
Alexander was absolutely wonderful. This was my first time using Rover and I was a little nervous at first. I have a Great Dane and she is my animal child so, like any pet parent, you want the best for them. My dog was very hesitant at first because she was on guard and protecting her home. I left treats at the door just in case. Alexander was so patient with her and feed her treats to gain her trust. As the days went on, the "check-in" photos made my heart smile. I could see London letting her guard down her guard and that was all because of how sweet he was. I will certaintly use him again!
