About: Hi I’m Meghan, I’m in the Charlotte area and I love dogs! I have my own pup, Winnie, and I’ve taken care of dogs for neighbors and friends since I was very young, along with raising my family dog, Charley, for 14 years. I have experience caring for both younger and older dogs and have helped with walking, feeding, and their overall wellbeing. I am happy to help ease someone’s stress or worries knowing that their pet is being taken care of even if that means just keeping them company or taking them on walks. With having my own dog, who’s still under a year old, I have trained her on my own and adapted to her needs as a shelter pup. She loved playing with other dogs and she’s helped me learn so much about caring for my very own puppy! I learned how to train my family dog as a puppy as well, but as he got older and developed a few health issues such as muscle aches and fatigue, I learned how to best assist and care for him and other elderly dogs. Sometimes dogs just need someone there to keep them company and I’m happy to help with whatever you and your pet needs! I’m happy to help walk and care for dogs on days I work from home or on the weekends. I know the area fairly well and can meet you and your pets where they are! I will make sure to keep them company depending on their comfort level. I may not be able to lift heavier pets if needed, but I have experience with caring for pets of all ages and sizes.

About: I have experience spanning back to 2015 volunteering at animal shelters taking care of many different dogs. I raised and trained my own Cattle dog/Chihuahua mix with behavioral issues to be a wonderful family dog today. I have moved out and am looking to assist others with their dogs in anyway I can! I am allergic to cats so unfortunately that is a service I cannot offer. I look forward to hearing from you and your furry friend! On my available week days I work from home and am able to supervise and play with your furry friend during those hours! I enjoy caring for dogs and raised and trained my own growing up. My apartment building is very dog friendly and provides a fences in play yard as well as a dog cafe to spend time. I'm available to walk three times a day and potty/feed/give medication whenever necessary. My roommate is a girl around my age who loves animals as well. I am open to schedule adjustments based around your dogs needs. I plan to work mostly on walking dogs, however, while occasionally pet sitting I plan to create a very trusting and comfortable environment to let your dog be themselves. I have years of shelter experience and am good at adjusting to different dogs needs. Just like people, every dog is different and I love to let them go at their own pace!

About: I have owned and cared for dogs for 13 years. I love to play and help them burn some of the puppy energy that every dog has. I’m available at different times in the day since I do work from home so that every dog has a chance to get some love while their parents are away no matter the time in the day. I’m very active so when it’s nice outside I love to bring the pups out to explore. I’m also very flexible scheduling wise. If you need an early morning one day and a late night another it’s no issue. I’m good at detecting when something is off with an animal such as mood or appetite so that I can let the owner know Immediatley to keep a watchful eye. I currently work from home so I am available to be with your furry friend at any time of the day. If it’s just a drop in that works too! My job is flexible so I can be there for your needs. By keeping your pet in their home it keeps them at ease and comfortable which is always my first priority. Routine is great and even when you’re on vacation your pets can stay on that routine.

About: Hi, I'm McKenna! My family currently owns 3 German shepherds in Dallas, Texas, which I care for intermittently. I've lived with large dogs my entire life, and I have extensive experience walking multiple-sized dogs simultaneously. During my high school years in Texas, I cared for my neighbors' dogs and walked them several times a day. Through my Catholic high school's community service, I was additionally given the opportunity to volunteer at numerous animal shelters. I always walk dogs on a secure leash and/or harness to comply with county animal ordinances. I can follow any behavioral preferences you set forth, such as not allowing your dog to jump during introductions, etc. I am very loving with pets and will not only provide superb care, but also well-deserved belly rubs! I am a former legal assistant, currently studying for the LSAT, which provides great flexibility during weekdays. I am moving to Raleigh at the beginning of August for a career transition, and I can work the entirety of July in the Charlotte area. Safety and kind care are key.
