“5 ⭐️, maria was great. She was prompt, communication was good, everything was left neatly, & my two cats looked happy in the pictures she provided, which put my mind at ease. I would recommend 👍🏼👍🏼”
About: I've had dogs my entire life and want to find a way to pet every dog in Charlotte! Whether your dog wants to be a couch potato or run circles around me in a dog park, I am happy to be their new best friend. I am currently looking for a new job so I have plenty of free time to play with your pets! Currently available every day and any time! If your dog has a set walk they like to take every day I’m happy to take your preferred path but also would love go on field trips to parks or trails nearby. I am happy to accommodate your pets needs in any way I am able to.
“Peyton did a great job dropping off to feed and entertain my 2 cats while I was gone. My place was kept clean and he spent the full 30 minutes with them at each visit.”

“Destiny did a wonderful job taking care of my cat, Steve. She sent a number of pictures and even hung out with Steve for far longer than she was expected to. Steve had an excellent time and I will absolutely be working with Destiny again.”

“Claire was amazing with the pups as always. I happened to check the camera right as she was getting there and got to see how extremely excited my pups are to see her. It reaffirmed what I already knew— that they love seeing her and always have a great time with her.”

“Sasha is absolutely wonderful! My house is constantly hectic with all my animals and she does such a good job with all of them. I wouldn’t use anyone else!”

“If I could give Lindsey 10 stars I would! We are so grateful for all her help. She is prompt, dependable and communicative. Also the dogs, even our grumpy old man, love her!”
About: What sets me apart is the level of care, attention, and respect I give every pet and home. I’ve been pet sitting and house sitting for several years, caring for both dogs and cats of all ages, temperaments, and routines. I genuinely love animals and take their wellbeing seriously — I’m attentive to changes in behavior, energy, or appetite and always prioritize their comfort and safety. I’m especially mindful of maintaining each pet’s normal routine, whether that includes walks, playtime, medications, or quiet companionship. I’m comfortable caring for senior pets and understand the patience and gentleness they require. I also take pride in being reliable, communicative, and treating every pet as if they were my own. My goal is for you to feel complete peace of mind knowing your pet is cared for with kindness, consistency, and genuine love while you’re away. Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I work primarily remote with reliable WiFi, but also must visit the office for only a couple of hours a day, 3 days per week. Working remotely allows me to provide consistent attention, walks, feedings, and companionship throughout the day. I also have a flexible part-time job with shifts up to four hours (up to five hours total including travel time). However, my schedule is adjustable, and I’m usually able to move or release shifts when needed — especially for pets who require more frequent care. I’m mindful of how long pets are left alone and plan my schedule carefully to prioritize their comfort and routine. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes so pets can remain in their familiar, comfortable environment. I follow each pet’s routine closely — including feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate preferences, and any household rules — to keep things consistent and stress-free. Safety is always a priority. I’m attentive during walks, mindful of secure doors and gates, and careful about food, treats, and household hazards. I also pay close attention to behavior changes and will communicate promptly if anything seems unusual. I treat every home with the utmost respect — keeping spaces clean, tidy, and secure while you’re away. You can expect regular updates and photos so you have peace of mind knowing your pet is safe, cared for, and comfortable.
“I’m always nervous about leaving my pups with someone new but Hannah was amazing! She sent tons of photos and updates. I didn’t worry about anything at all. I will definitely be using her in the future and would recommend her to anyone needing care for their pets!”

“Winnie was absolutely amazing! I felt so safe leaving my baby with her. The initial visit was great! I felt like I’ve known her for years! I recommend Winnie to everyone!”
“Ethana was great! My skittish cat actually came out to say hello the first time she stopped by, and both of my cats really liked her right away. Your pets will be in good hands!”

“I have used her a handful of times now. I love the fact that she is getting to do my dog and knows his habits so as soon as he acted differently, she contacted me right away just to let me know that he wasn’t acting himself. I really appreciate her concern and for her making sure that my dog was OK while I was away from him. Even though my dog was totally fine and was being a brat, I do like the fact that she let me aware and wanted me to know. She is really good with learning your animals and their behaviors! Thank you, Natalie! We appreciate you taking care of our boy!”

“From start to finish and follow up Evelin is simply AWESOME!! “A” - Amazing pet sitter “W” - Willing to go the extra mile “E” - Extra reassuring with sending pics & vids of my pup “S” - Super responsive “O” - On time “M” - Made me feel comfortable “E” - Extraordinary level of service Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my pup”

About: I love dogs! I believe dogs are part of the family and definitely a gift from above. I have a blue merle French bulldog, Cheeseburger (my at the time, 13 year old son, chose the name🍔). Cheeseburger is my therapy, my heart and my baby. I used to co-own the sweetest, most loyal Rottweiler, Freakie Jim (I did not name him either). I grew up with a huge, boisterous yellow Labrador, Jake (also did not name) who was a puppy till he was 5 years old. You know what I mean if you know Labs. I think dogs get me and, for the most part, I get them. My parents have had a string of Spaniels-Katie, Rosie, Philly and Peggy. Next lifetime, I'm coming back as a dog! I volunteer with the Humane Society of Charlotte. We enjoyed taking Pinto from Animal Care & Control on a staycation. In my free time, I love to travel, spend time with friends and family and learn as much as I can about anything I can, true nerd at heart. One time I almost missed my cruise departure because I went to find dog food for the roaming dogs on the streets of Belize. Luckily, I found some dog food and made it back on the boat. I have a flexible schedule and availability. References are available upon request I have a crazy schedule that may have me working anywhere from 3-5 days a week at my other jobs. But I have lots of time where I am off for walks or drop-in visits. I also have a responsible teen that helps take care of Cheeseburger and loves dogs as well. I have a fenced yard and a friendly Frenchie. I also love taking longer walks on a greenway or walkable neighborhood. We occasionally host a black Lab at our home as a trade with friends for doggie boarding.
“Booked Allison twice and Once again the best service ever thank you again for helping out with lucky we appreciate you a lot thank you see you again soon”

About: I’ve taken care of different kinds of animals since I could remember! I currently have a cat and rabbit of my own who are 4 and 10 years old (I know, pretty old for a rabbit!!) ! I’ve taken care of multiple family, friends, and neighbors dogs/cats/small pets for the past 3 years as a side hustle while I’m in college, and I try to meet my animals as often as I can between classes. I strive to be as reliable as I can for my furry friends and aim to be more experienced by the end of the year! I currently work full-time at a coffee shop, where I work mornings and get off around noon, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. I usually work afternoons Fridays and Saturdays, where I begin work at around 10-12 and end work at 5:20. I have school Monday's and Wednesdays, where I go in at 11:30-12:50 , and then have a break until 2:30-3:45. I am free at any times between those (even on my break at school!) and am happy to drop in early mornings before work (5-6am). School ends April 30th and I will be more free when it’s over! I am happy to follow any requests given by the owner! Clear instructions are very helpful and will allow me to take the very best care of your pet!

“Sarah was punctual and a good communicator when it came to initially meeting my dog and doing a drop in visit! I really appreciated her notes and photos of my dog while I was out. I would definitely use Sarah again!”

“My cats had another happy and successful set of visits with Joyous. She even agreed to make a last minute additional visit. She’s consistently friendly, responsive, and reliable - very highly recommended!”

“I highly recommend Kristin for sitting with and caring for your pet. She's personable, and I feel she went out of her way to be a friend to my cat while we were out of state. Long sits, even litter maintenance! Came home to a house in perfect condition and a happy pet. Daily updates had me believing they were old pals.”

Slater Rd-Hamilton Circle pet parents share their Rover experiences
Maria truly went above and beyond—not only did she take great care of my kitties, but she also took the extra step to tidy up the floors before I got back, which I really appreciated. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating when I needed to add additional dates, making the whole process stress free. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, thoughtful, and attentive.

Jada was great during our visit today. She listened in detail to Ethan’s medication schedule and asked all the appropriate questions in order to provide the best care possible. She engaged with Ethan and they both appeared very comfortable around each other.
Oreo Loved Jasmine !!! Of course it was his first time so it took him a second to adjust to her but once he got passed the initial meeting. He really enjoyed her. I keep calling her jas lol like I’ve known her for years but it’s because she gave such a good vibe her communication was great . She did everything I asked her to but Mostly Oreo was whole and happy when we returned

We highly recommend Samantha. She is very responsible and responded perfectly to our requests. She also sent us detailed reports and photos of Zeus, which made us feel at ease during the trip. He was a little nervous at first, but she was flexible and accommodating. He also seemed to like Samantha.
Absolutely phenomenal first experience. Joanna took great care of my two pups for about a week and I genuinely have zero complaints. Every visit was detailed in the notecard of everything that happened as well as several photos sent every single time. My dogs seemed to have really liked her as well. I will 100% be using Joana again!
