About: Since birth grew up with a family dog, German Shepherds, a Lab, and at 10 years old I was given responsibility for my own dog a Maltese, Le Petite Pookay( Pookie for short). When I went off to college my Mom stole(inside joke) adopted her and I haven’t had my own dog since but over the course of the past 20 years Ive watched plenty of friends and family dogs and pets. Some claim me to be the Dog Whisperer as even shy pups seem to gravitate towards me. This last year, while transitioning to the Charlotte. NC area I stayed with a Rover host and helped out. And now that Im in my own place, a two story townhouse, I’d love to continue to host and care for your fur babies. I really miss having a furry family member around but truly excited for the opportunity to take care of your animal loved one. I do know about providing excellent customer service, the importance of integrity and working hard with the importance of humility. Service is the heart of who I am and know the special bond our family furries hold in our lives. I can't wait and hope to care for your furry loved one soon! I work from home, so my availability to host is flexible and open. I also, don’t leave the house too often for long periods and will be attentive to caring for your pet. My first floor level is open for your fur baby to free roam, but can also crate if preferred. I have a few areas with tile for easy cleaning. In addition, I have a backyard with some enclosure but have a tie down to attach to collar or harness for first and last pet relief but my subdivision has a dog walk trail for walks and extended exercise.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was a child, typically responsible for letting the dogs out and cleaning our cat litter boxes! Neighbors, roommates, friends, family etc. know that I’ll take care of their pets even in an emergency. I’m very attuned to cat behaviors (family refers to me as the “cat whisperer”) and I love meeting new ones! I have five cats so pet care is a daily thing! Every day is an active day when you have five cats, so I’m always staying on top of it! I always find it important to give them love, food, and treats (if they’re good) every single day. I am always on the lookout for what could potentially hurt ANY pet, even when I’m just visiting a family/friend’s house! I am experienced in what could be harmful to a pet when left out, and I know what is poisonous for cats and dogs so I keep an extra special eye out for things like that.

About: I’m a proud dog dad to a 3-year-old Bernedoodle I’ve raised since she was a puppy, so I know firsthand what it takes to care for dogs at every stage — from the chaos of puppyhood to navigating special needs and behavioral quirks. Through raising my own pup, I’ve built real patience and hands-on experience with potty training, kennel training, and dogs that come with special instructions. My dog has her own unique needs around resource guarding and meeting strangers, so I understand how to read a dog’s boundaries and respond with calm, respectful care rather than force. When I’m not with my own girl, you’ll probably find me stopping strangers on the street just to pet their dog. I love taking my Bernedoodle to Skiptown to keep her socialized, and that same energy and enthusiasm is what I bring to every pup I care for. Your dog isn’t just a booking to me — they’re family I work remotely in the huntersville area, and I manage my own schedule so I’m very flexible on times I’m needed. I have weekends available as well. I’m free mornings till nights, excluding early mornings before 9AM. When caring for pets in your home, your dog’s safety and comfort always come first. I follow any instructions you leave to the letter, whether that’s feeding schedules, leash rules, or how your dog likes to be approached. I’m experienced with dogs that have special needs like resource guarding or stranger anxiety, so I know how to respect boundaries and never push a dog past their comfort zone. About: I had my first dog at age ten, my experience is my best asset. I have 7 decades of experience working with animals and for the past few years after my dog died I have kept my children’s dogs. I’m currently retired and I’m in great shape. I’m available anytime and I’m available for weekends! Boarding is my specialty for weekends and I can also check in on your pet at your home when you are at work. I have a fenced in backyard to keep your animals safe and secure. In addition we have a pond across the street that has a walkway to walk around in order to exercise and explore for your pet.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. Pets are so special to my heart for the joy they bring into the world. While I just joined rover, I have been pet sitting for many years. I have experience pet sitting for both dogs and cats with many of my friends and family friends. I love walking pets, doing drop ins, and of course giving them all the cuddles! I have experience with pets of all different energy levels and ages, so I promise to meet your pet where they need! I have classes Monday-Friday, but I am available for drop ins morning, lunchtime, and in the evenings as well as house sitting! I would love to take care of your pets like I would my own! I can’t wait to meet your furbabies! I work a full time job so there are times I could be gone for about 8-9 hours at a time, but other than that I will have plenty of time to take care of your pups!
