About: I grew up walking my neighbor's dogs and have always had a soft spot in my heart for them. I feel a kindred connection to Huskies because of my active lifestyle, but really just like all dogs. I can run, walk, or Netfix with all breeds! I work in the schools and am currently on summer break, so I have time to get into dog walking and pet sitting more consistently at the moment. Dogs are quite friendly and respectful with me. I'd like to think I am the same with them in that I can lead them but also follow their cues. I have room for a crate if needed for overnight stays, but it would need to be provided as I do not own one. I have an SUV, and room for a dog bed and can hold a large dog in the back to transport for hikes or trail runs as needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and temperaments since I was 13. I have experience in petsitting through family, friends and neighbors. Animals have always been in my life and their needs adjust my daily life. I’m currently a university student who is studying computer science. So a lot of my homework/ assignments are done on a computer meaning I’m home for most of the day! I have lots of extra time to interact/ have fun with a pet at home :) Walking: I provide long and stimulating walks with lots of sniffing, playing and exercise. Drop ins: I really enjoy these! About: Not only do I have over 30 years of personal pet experience, I've got decades of experience fostering pets of all types and volunteering with animals! My career is working with marine invertebrates and fish, plus at home I care for birds, reptiles, amphibians fresh water fish and shrimp, insects and a large senior dog! Dogs are my favorite people, and I really enjoying getting to know each pup and providing them exactly what they need to feel stimulated, safe and happy. I'm happy to train your pup with the commands and treats of your choosing and do some light grooming along with walks(or car rides with the window down for the most senior doggos if you prefer!) I'm a mom! And I'm passionate about animal care. Weekends are easiest for me to give your pet a LOT of attention, if needed. But I can do weekday care as well with my flexible schedule. If your dog has a favorite walking place, I'm happy to travel with them there if it's in town. My dog loved the Lake Padden dog park in his youth, even though we went to many dog parks! I know how important it is for most dogs to keep their routine! I prefer to visit your home to care for your pets. They will usually feel more comfortable in their own home. If your doggo needs to shadow someone at all times to feel secure, we can talk about your pup staying at my home instead. My senior dog loves a good cuddle partner or romp in the big fenced yard out back! Dogs that stay at my home would have a choice of sleeping on the dog bed in my room or on the bed with me and my pup. Or, there is also the choice of sleeping in my kid's room as well, if your dog prefers older kids who are great with dogs!
