About: Daily routine to care for family pets after school ages 10-18 and 18-21 when family was traveling. I was a cat/dog sitter for previous neighbors and relatives. I have full availability for pet sitting, house sitting, dog walking or other pet services. I currently care for 2 cats at home on a daily basis. About: Hi! My name is Megan, I am 27yrs old and just moved to Blaine from Issaquah! I have two pups, Kona and Dixie, who keep me active and moving every day! I have owned animals my entire life as well as worked on multiple farms caring for animals such as horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, chickens, and ducks! I love working with animals and making sure they stay active and healthy. I am currently looking at going back to school part-time and looking for a job that can supplement the free time that I will have from that. My classes would be online so I will be able to make my own schedule so I will be able to make anything work! I have a fenced yard but would prefer to only care for animals in their own home. One of my dogs is quite scared of other dogs even though his best friend is our 3yr old puppy. But, to ensure the safety and comfortability of both my dogs and yours, I believe that care in their own home where they are the most comfortable and at ease is the best.

I am a stay at home mom to a 4 month old! I have lots of freedom and flexibility to my schedule so can fit your needs into my routine! I don’t have a fenced yard, we do long sniffy walks instead! And only potty on leash. I have a German shepherd that loves to play with other pups! Or they can be separated! Whatever you prefer.

About: I've had all kinds of pets from Henrietta the beta fish I tended to in middle school, Poppy an adorable Havanese dog that I cared for from ages 9-21, Rice Krispie a pit bull mix and Misty a mix, both who I fostered in college, and last but certainly not least Jinx and Binx two dapper tuxedo cats I lived with fall through winter quarter of my senior year! The following is my technical experience in the field: Maggie (my own dog): Maggie was the third dog I've ever had and the first of which I was able to truly help with. We got her when she was a puppy and she's a Vizsla so she has always had boundless energy. I helped with her training when she was a puppy and she's pulled the leash her whole life so I have experience with that as well. Again, she has always been extremely energetic. In sum, Maggie has helped me learn how to: - Care for a puppy - Walk a dog that pulls - Entertain a dog with boundless energy Kona My professional experience with dog walking and sitting was with an elder dog named Kona. I worked with him for just about 4 years part time. Kona had two parents who both worked full time jobs and had a horse at another location so I would go over when they were gone all day and spend time with him, take him on short walks, and occasionally to the dog park. Kona really helped me to understand the intricacies of working with an elder dog, and although he's gone now, I think about the time I spent with him regularly. Kona helped me learn how to: - Care for an elder dog - Stimulate a dog with limited ability _ Read a dogs body language and have patience with them I am currently in full time school and not working in a formal setting. I am unavailable most mid-days however I'm completely free on the weekends. Dog Walking I do not have any supplies of my own however I have used many different types of leash and harness in the past. I am physically able and comfortable walking long or short distances at varying paces. On longer walks, I will carry water and dog bags with my the entire time. Pet Sitting I will maintain your pets schedule and follow any guidelines of being in your space. I do not offer dog sitting in my home as I live in a building with three other people, I would be more than happy to watch your dog in your home. I am open to meeting your dog with you there before the official sitting date as I know some dogs are sensitive to new people. I am comfortable feeding and entertaining your pup as I have been around dogs my entire life. I will also be aware of any emergency contact information that would be necessary in an emergency.
