About: I have a passion for rescue and believe pets deserve all the second and third chances! I grew up with cats and as soon as I moved out, I adopted a rescue cat who was destined to be an only child in her forever home. Now with 3 rescue cats and one young rescue lab with a past, our home is at full capacity, but I love meeting new furry characters through pet sitting. I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for nearly 2 decades. Recently we were in a bind to find someone in our circle to care for our rowdy pup, so we turned to the Rover community and immediately found a fantastic local dog walker. I love that Rover provides a place for pet parents to connect and I’m now in the local network of pet sitters as well! I believe every dog is an individual and should be respected as such. Every challenging behavior simply reflects a need. I know how tough it can be to find a good match for a rescue pup with a past, and I’d love to provide help as a sitter/walker who is comfortable navigating challenging behaviors! I love a cat who hisses at strangers, and I love a pup who has enough wild energy to power a small city. I currently work full time with a somewhat flexible schedule. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I currently have three dogs—Envy, our Great Dane; Jasper, a red heeler/Great Pyrenees mix; and Hank, a chihuahua mix—so I’m very comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. My experience with a variety of breeds allows me to adapt to each dog’s unique needs. Whether your pet needs a walk, playtime, or simply companionship, I’m happy to provide a safe, loving environment. I treat every pet as if they were my own, with patience, attention, and care. About: Hi! My name is Megan, I am 27yrs old and just moved to Blaine from Issaquah! I have two pups, Kona and Dixie, who keep me active and moving every day! I have owned animals my entire life as well as worked on multiple farms caring for animals such as horses, donkeys, pigs, goats, chickens, and ducks! I love working with animals and making sure they stay active and healthy. I am currently looking at going back to school part-time and looking for a job that can supplement the free time that I will have from that. My classes would be online so I will be able to make my own schedule so I will be able to make anything work! I have a fenced yard but would prefer to only care for animals in their own home. One of my dogs is quite scared of other dogs even though his best friend is our 3yr old puppy. But, to ensure the safety and comfortability of both my dogs and yours, I believe that care in their own home where they are the most comfortable and at ease is the best.

About: I've had all kinds of pets from Henrietta the beta fish I tended to in middle school, Poppy an adorable Havanese dog that I cared for from ages 9-21, Rice Krispie a pit bull mix and Misty a mix, both who I fostered in college, and last but certainly not least Jinx and Binx two dapper tuxedo cats I lived with fall through winter quarter of my senior year! Even as a child, I've found myself drawn to animals and would love to show some affection to your pet! I currently have very open and flexible availability, allowing me to tailor my schedule to you and your pet’s needs. I am willing to work with any availability spots suggested. I have a large, fenced yard with plenty of space to play and explore. My neighborhood is pet-friendly with plenty of bushes and trees to mark as territory. About: I grew up working on a farm! Not only am I familiar with training puppies and caring for cats, I also know my way around a barn. I have time in the early mornings and evenings to visit your pets! I am also able to house sit and provide daily exercise to any extent you need! I love to go on walks and adventuring in parks. But I also love just sitting on the couch with a dog or cat :) I am flexible and ready to meet whatever your pet needs!

About: I've had dogs in my life since I was 8 and all my dogs have shown great love towards me because I give them the full love back. I am known in the family as the family caretaker when our dogs get old and need special attention. The reason I take care of my dogs when they get older because I have the patience, attentions, and most of all, love in supporting them through their elderly stage. All pets deserve the best and I am more than happy to provide that! I am currently taking the year off from work to travel the world but in between my trips I have a lot of free time and feel it can be better spent taking care of pets while other people can enjoy trips or another activity that requires them to leave their pet at home. I have a 5-year old Havanese and I take him on walks daily, I make sure he is bathe at least once a month, and try to take him on as many trips so I can, so he can enjoy the world as much I as I do.

About: I'm in college, studying to be a Veterinary Technician. I've had many types of animals and I've been caring for animals as a way to make money for several years- predominantly dogs. I am free on weekends. I'm usually free on Wednesday and Monday. I'm available at 1pm on Tuesdays, and I'm available on Fridays and Thursdays after 4pm. My cat is indoors, and I make a great deal of effort to keep her that way (she tries to escape a lot). I make sure to keep her happy and entertained, just as I do with my client's pets. When I am in a client's home I ensure adequate care and their animal's safety.

About: Daily routine to care for family pets after school ages 10-18 and 18-21 when family was traveling. I was a cat/dog sitter for previous neighbors and relatives. I have full availability for pet sitting, house sitting, dog walking or other pet services. I currently care for 2 cats at home on a daily basis. I take time to build trust with pets including sitting at their eye level and speaking to pets with a calm tone. I ensure all required needs are met for food, water, play time, medication administration, exercise, and affection.

About: I grew up on a farm and have always been surrounded by animals of all kinds. I’ve had lifelong experience caring for pets, especially dogs and cats. I provide loving, attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. I handle all care personally. I am recently retired and want to stay active. I have two adult daughters who are active on Rover, walking and boarding dogs in Seattle and Tucson. I live on a 300-acre farm in Custer, WA, where I grew up with dogs of all different breeds. Later in life, I raised a black lab from a pup. Her name was Keela; she was very smart and lovable and lived to be 14 years old. Pets in my care receive constant supervision, regular exercise, and a calm, clean environment. I care for each pet myself and prioritize safety, comfort, and trust.

About: I’ve taken care of all sorts of pets for neighbors, friends, coworkers and everyone in between for about 6 years now. From rats, dogs, cats, reptiles, I’ve done it all to make sure everyone’s favorite animals are safe and happy. Though I work full-time, I’m work from home. There will be days I have to travel out of town, but for the most part I’ll be home. Anytime after 1-2pm I’m completely free for pet care. At home, I have a very sweet dog that roams around the house and two curious cats that generally keep to themselves unless they’re hungry. There’s a baby gate up that just keeps the older cat away from eating the younger one’s food.
