About: Have always had a dog as a family member as long as I can remember.. when family or friends needed me to take care so they could leave on , I was willing to do the honors .. play is important for them as well as exercise.. thank you , Rebecca I am retired & have a lot of spare time .. I can be available to sit at your home any day of the week .. At home I have a 12 yr ol kitty, a real talker, loves his treats & his friend the dog whose a big golden retriever.. they eat & sleep together most times .. easy to keep track of them since where 1 is the others not too far away.. we take Zeke, the family dog on walks, car rides & swimming in the bay, rivers & lakes.. We took him to our Golfcourse when we worked there to chase off the Geese.. very happy when he was there ..

About: Hi! I'm Mary Beth! I work for NOAA currently as a scientist. I'm looking for a productive way to harness my love of pets. My very first job was dog walking while on my paper route. I have walked, watched, and trained dogs for as long as I can remember. The neighborhood I grew up in knew me as the go to girl for pet sitting while on vacation. About: I’ve always had dogs growing up, dogs that have complicated medical needs to dogs that are lax and can do everything on their own. I’ve always grown up with cats as well as a plethora of other animals including fish, lizards, birds, and frogs. I’ve housesat for multiple people over the years and have received much positive feedback! I’m working evening at a restaurant from 3pm to 8pm, so it doesn’t cause much shift in my capability to care for your furry friends! I am more than happy to stay at your place in caring for your pets or if easier/preferred, I can stop by intermittently throughout the day to give your pet the care it needs.

About: Caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a household with dogs, raised my own dog from puppyhood, and am currently raising and caring for my own kitten. About: I have taken care of other people’s pets, plants, and property for many years, as a property manager and as a word-of-mouth house and pet sitter. Whether it’s the pets of friends, pets of friends of friends, or family pets, I love animals and take giving them the proper care and love very seriously. Comfortable administering medications as needed, and committed to providing your pet what it needs to be comfortable and healthy. I work from home designing online courses and occasionally provide in-home support to some elderly clients in the Whatcom/Skagit areas. I also volunteer a couple of days a week, but overall, my schedule is very flexible and can accommodate your pets needs. Different clients and their pets have different needs, so to have optimal clarity, I tend to ask a lot of questions and take notes. I like to meet families and their pets in advance whenever possible to get the lay of the land and to understand routines. I like to keep an animals routine as reliable as possible while their owners are away to minimize stress and maximize comfort.

About: I grew up with dogs and have had at least one of my own for the last 20 years. They truly are the best friends! We have a sweet 3-year old rescue poodle mix, Mimi, who does really well with other dogs. We'd love to have your dog or cat stay with us and join in our walks and hikes and cuddles! I have had a reactive/leash reactive dog and as much as I know they can be the sweetest pups when on their own, I can't take on these dogs anymore. It creates too much anxiety for me. I live on a street where there is a constant flow of neighbor dogs both on and off leash and the trails are packed with dogs these days so it's a guarantee we will meet other dogs while we are out and about. I work from home and love to get outside and explore the beautiful trails around Bellingham. When not out sniffing the trails me and your pet will be snuggled up relaxing together. There is a fence area for visiting pets to relieve themselves (it includes about 10 stairs). I love to hike and walk and will make sure your pet gets all the movement they need. I love to snuggle too so when not out and about you can rest assured that your pet is getting lots of love and cuddles.
