2. Mika T.
“Mika and Koji were wonderful with Murphy. We are new to the area and our normally gentle Bernese Mountain dog was a little snarly with Mika and Koji, but they were so calm and loving towards him and assured me he would be fine when I left. They sent me pictures and kept me updated and really put my mind at ease. We will defintely have them dog sit again! They are both very kind and dependable people.”

5. Sara D.
“Sara was a wonderful house and pet sitter for our two dogs and cat while we were away. She came over to meet us all ahead of time, made sure the boys got out to play at the nearby off-leash area each day, followed all of our instructions to the letter and left the house spotless. Most important of all, she clearly enjoyed spending time with our pets, which made us feel great about leaving them with her.”

8. Alaira S.
“Alaira is amazing with animals! We have a cat, Meiko (12 years) and a dog, Charli (2 years) and they absolutely adore her. She walks or hikes with Charli regularly and she always comes back well behaved and exhausted - in a good way! Charli is still young so she can be challenging, but Alaira does really good with her and somehow gets her to listen. She even manages to get her to walk on her leash properly! Meiko is a Siamese so he has a lot of attitude and as soon as Alaira arrives he greets her snuggles and purring. She has also house sat for us on 3 long vacations we have taken and it was seamless. It was amazing to be able to enjoy our vacation knowing our animals were comfortable in their own home being taken care of. I highly recommend using her services.”

13. Ciara H.
“I cannot recommend Ciara highly enough as a dog sitter. Every time she has taken care of my dog, Nitro, she has shown nothing but the highest level of love, care, and professionalism. Ciara has a natural talent for connecting with animals, and it was evident from the start how much Nitro adored her. Not only did she ensure Nitro was well-fed, exercised, and happy, but her regular updates kept me at ease, knowing he was in the best hands. It's rare to find someone who treats your pet as their own, and that's exactly what Ciara does. Her dedication and passion for animals shine through, making her the perfect choice for anyone in need of a dog sitter. I trust her implicitly with Nitro, and I'm confident she will continue to be an invaluable resource for pet owners looking for peace of mind while they're away.”

About: Living out in the county,I have had and been around animals of all kinds since I was 8. I love taking are of animals and with my current nursing school schedule, sitting has become a great way to make money doing something I enjoy. I am currently attending nursing school which consists of hybrid courses. So it has left me with enough time to be able to care for pets before and after classes. Sitting is a great way for me to make money while also allowing me enough time to study and isn’t as time consuming like a part time job. I do work 12 hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays though, so I am willing to sit on those days if the owners are okay with them being alone for that long or have other arrangements for them to be let out on those days. I will care for the pets the exact way you want me to. If they need to be crated and let out more frequently, I am willing to make it work. If they can be left out in a fenced in yard and just need to checked on every so often, I can do that too! I’m very flexible as every situation is different!
16. Kimmie L.

Kimmie is responsible, caring, loving and trustworthy. I highly recommend Kimmie to be apart of the Rover community”

About: I’ve owned dogs and other pets my whole life, but since opening my own business and having my son I just don’t have time to own a pet full time. So I figured this would be a good way to get to love on other peoples pups when it works for my schedule. I am self employed so my schedule can be semi flexible. I don’t work on the weekends, but I could also potentially bring a dog to my business as well on days that I work, depending on the dog of course. I have a fenced yard, a big field/park right across the street, a dog park a mile away, and a doggy door that could fit a dog up to about 50 lbs. I also own a small salon with accident safe flooring and a space right outside the door for potty breaks if I ever needed to bring a dog to work with me.
18. Lizzy G.
About: Hi there! I'm Elizabeth and I am an animal lover through and through. I have had dogs of various breeds and sizes all my life, and also have experience with cats and small animals. I am totally open to caring for a puppy, as I recently had one myself. I work as a nanny, so I am comfortable with caretaking and house sitting, and have solid references. As long as your dog is comfortable with new people, I look forward to caring for them in whatever way is needed. I am available for walks, drop in care, and/or in-house sitting. I am currently working as a nanny part-time, so on Tuesdays and Thursdays I would only be available after 4:00. Any other day of the week is open for me. In a client's home, I can drop in as many times as is needed during the day. I am open to sitting in-home and over-night if necessary. If your dog is social, I do have a very friendly Golden Retriever that I could bring along for some playtime if you would like.

About: I have always picked up pet sitting and walking gigs since I was young! I lived in an area where people needed a lot of house/pet sitting so I have watched pretty much every animal (even stick bugs) I grew up in the Seattle area, so I can guarantee that I am a trust worthy sitter. I also have a lot of past experience in childcare (I’ve taught English in Thailand and have also worked at a Children’s autism center) so that can show you that I am also kind, which is a very important character for a pet sitter in my opinion. I currently am only work 30 hours a week, my days off are Monday-Wednesday and I am available every day until 5. So I basically have the opposite schedule of what most people are working which is perfect :) I also live in an apartment with 2 small dogs (shitzu/poodle mixes) and 2 cats (tabby cats). I love them all, they all varie in ages and gender so I am very familiar with caring for animals and knowing what each individual animal requires, so that shows that I can also watch multiple pets at a time without worry :) Also I am a very fit person, I love getting outside in walks and in nature, but I also do like staying in and cooking or reading a book. So whether your pet wants to go adventure or just chillax, then I’m your girl!
