About: I’ve owned dogs and other pets my whole life, but since opening my own business and having my son I just don’t have time to own a pet full time. So I figured this would be a good way to get to love on other peoples pups when it works for my schedule. I am self employed so my schedule can be semi flexible. I don’t work on the weekends, but I could also potentially bring a dog to my business as well on days that I work, depending on the dog of course. I have a fenced yard, a big field/park right across the street, a dog park a mile away, and a doggy door that could fit a dog up to about 50 lbs. About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was a kid, and to this day, I'm the go-to pet sitter in my family. I have a small dog who’s 4 years old and is very friendly with other dogs, cats, kids, and more. I’ve had him since he was a puppy and personally potty trained him, so I have plenty of experience with puppies. While I haven’t personally cared for a senior dog yet I have lots of free time and am confident I can give any senior dog with the care he or she needs. About: I'm in college, studying to be a Veterinary Technician. I've had many types of animals and I've been caring for animals as a way to make money for several years- predominantly dogs. I am free on weekends. I'm usually free on Wednesday and Monday. I'm available at 1pm on Tuesdays, and I'm available on Fridays and Thursdays after 4pm. My cat is indoors, and I make a great deal of effort to keep her that way (she tries to escape a lot). I make sure to keep her happy and entertained, just as I do with my client's pets. I grew up with cats and as soon as I moved out, I adopted a rescue cat who was destined to be an only child in her forever home. I know how tough it can be to find a good match for a rescue pup with a past, and I’d love to provide help as a sitter/walker who is comfortable navigating challenging behaviors! I love a cat who hisses at strangers, and I love a pup who has enough wild energy to power a small city. My current work situation is a bit slow so I’m working part time with a somewhat inconsistent schedule. Usually I have the most availability to help with pet care in the afternoon and evening. Thursday-Sunday are usually very flexible. Feel free to reach out and let me know what your needs are! I have a small 3bd home with a small fenced in yard. I live in a densely populated neighborhood with many dogs, and with a highly reactive pup I am very safety conscious and accustomed to providing vigilant supervision both when my dog goes out on his own to potty or while on walks.
About: I’ve had dogs of my own since middle school and have lots of experience with different temperaments and personalities! Most of my experience is with large and extra large dogs. I have my own dog that could use a friend! He is a high-energy lab that loves to play and run! There has never been a dog that he hasn’t enjoyed, but because he is big and high-energy, he can be overwhelming for some dogs. If your dog is small, unfriendly, or nervous, this might not be the right match for you. If your dog is medium-giant (his best friend is a shy Great Dane), energetic, friendly, or even slightly psychotic as most high-energy dogs are, I got you! My schedule is very flexible so please don’t hesitate to reach out, even if Rover says I am not available during the times you need! I work from home for one job and am a substitute for my other job, so I can adjust my schedule according to your dog’s needs! I have a car to transport dogs if needed, but I would prefer drop-offs. Dogs get lots of attention and walks! We have lots of fields nearby for fetch and playing, and there is also a trail that leads to a creek for swimming. I have a fenced backyard, but unfortunately half of it is blocked off right now so my gardens can be safe from digging pups and zoomies. There is still room to run and play! I also have a dog pool and a sprinkler for dogs to cool off in (when it’s hot). I have a 2 year old lab at home that loves to play and is super friendly!
