“I had a great experience with Taryn! She kept me updated with photos and messages every day, and my dog was clearly comfortable and loved. I’ll definitely book again!”

“Kayma was so very kind and easy going. My dogs felt at ease with her pretty immediately. Which, I could tell from all of the photos she sent me!!! She was very communicative and made everything feel easy. I cannot recommend her enough. Your fur kiddos will be in great hands.”

“Maryn did an amazing job taking care of my 2 dogs. When we returned the dogs were happy and the house was clean and neat. She is very responsive when you contact her. Great job!”

“Lulu is the absolute best with our fur babies. She's very caring and goes out of her way to ensure our kitties are well adjusted while we are gone. She's a great communicator and I highly recommend her to care for your pets while you are away.”

“Sharon was amazing and I will 100% look to book with her again. I had planned to have her watch my dog from a Friday through Tuesday while on a vacation, but a family emergency ended my trip while I was traveling. Sharon was great to work with during this time, insisting that we modify the reservation to account for the shorter booking, all while sending pictures and videos of my dog—which my family and I really needed to see during an emotionally draining time. Otherwise, she just completely handled taking care of Teddy while I was gone, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.”

“Here’s a revised version that reflects that: --- Ava was fantastic! She took wonderful care of our dog and made sure all her needs were met while we were away. She communicated clearly throughout our trip, and it was obvious our pup felt comfortable and well‑loved in her care. We came home to a happy dog and a tidy house. Highly recommend Ava!”

“Jenny stayed in our home taking care of our 2 dogs - one dog is recuperating from a leg injury and she did a great job ensuring our girl got her exercise and rest. Jenny is dependable and communicates regularly. Highly recommend!”

“Erin was wonderful. She went above and beyond in every way, kept us informed, and took great care of the house. Our puppy was 6 months at the time of the vacation, and Erin did great with all of them. I am sure they will all be so happy to see her again!”

“Abby is the best!!! If there is a Rover hall of fame, Abby should be voted in on the first ballot. Our animals love her and she takes great care of them. Left the house in immaculate conduction and even watered our flowers for us. Our return flight was delayed and Abby just rolled with the changes. If you have any apprehension about hiring a Rover sitter, select Abby. You will also provide a 5-star rating. Thank you Abby!”

“Mattie has stayed with our pups twice now. The pups love her and have become quite comfortable around her. Even my anti-social terrier will make an appearance, which is uncommon. She is very respectful when she stays overnight - cleaning up and tidying after herself, as if she was never there. We plan to invite her back in the future.”
“Rachel did an amazing job with our dogs. We were able to enjoy our vacation, knowing she was taking such good care of them. We got daily updates, with pictures. She gladly brought in mail and watered plants for us. She is very accommodating and fit us in to her schedule. She was able to pop in for 3 afternoons visits before her time here started when our son wasn’t able to get here during the day to let them out. We will definitely be calling her for future jobs! She’s a gem!!”

“Rachel was great with our two babies and took great care of our home while we were out of town! Highly recommend her for any pet sitting needs and will be hiring her again!”

“Emma did me a great service and booked an overnight stay with my pup very last minute when my original sitter backed out. Emma took my pup on a drive and took great care of her. She also sent updates and pictures throughout the night while I was at work, which was greatly appreciated! Would book again!”

“Vanessa did a fantastic job taking care of my dog. I came home to a happy boy, a clean place, and will definitely use Vanessa in the future. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a sitter!”

“My wife and I had Reed watch our two Golden Retrievers for a whole week while we were out of town. We had Reed stay at our house during this time and came home to two happy and healthy pups. He was able to manage both of their needs just fine. Reed was very professional and updated us with pictures throughout the week, which we appreciated. He took good care of our house as well, and we came back to it in the same condition when we left. We plan to try and use Reed in the future if further care for our pups if needed.”

“Erika did a great job taking care of our 3 dogs (one is a puppy). She communicates well, sends video and photos. House is tidy upon our return. Highly recommend Erika!!!”

Manheim Park pet parents share their Rover experiences
Katherine is a literal ANGEL. She took on our extremely high needs, and anxious dog for 8 days and was an absolute dream. She was patient with our pup and showed her nothing but kindness. She sent daily pictures and updates and asked really great questions to provide the best care for our sweet girl. She got creative when things got tough and I’ll never be able to thank her enough for all she did!

She was incredibly kind and attentive while taking care of our dog. Since this was our first time leaving our pup with someone else, we really appreciated how reassuring she was throughout the whole experience. She kept us updated almost the entire time we were away, sending regular messages and photos — and in the pictures he looked calm, relaxed, and very loved. It was clear that he felt comfortable and at ease with her, and she spent time playing with him and making sure he was well cared for. We’re very grateful and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring petsitter!

Aaliyah did wonderful with my older pittie when needing someone to watch her last minute. She was reliably on time for visits and took her on plenty of walks. She came by before to meet her and get to know the house. She provided timely updates and responses. Will definitely use Aaliyah again!

I was so nervous to use a petsitter that wasn’t friends or family for the first time, but Crissy made the process very easy. We had a nice meet and greet, and she patiently walked me through the ins and outs of using Rover to book (as it was all new to me). She asked good questions about the dogs’ care and kept me updated throughout her say with the pups. She completely understood how cat-like huskies can be and let the senior queen do her thing. Lilly and Sully seemed happy and well-cared for when I returned. I am planning to book with Crissy again next month!

All your gut instincts will tell you Bailee is one of the good ones and you’ll be absolutely right. After meeting her just once, we left for Aruba for a full week and I knew 100% that our two Great Pyrenees and little Pomeranian were in excellent care. I have a habit of adopting pups from tough backgrounds which means unique, nuanced personalities and Bailee handled their individual needs with total ease. This overprotective dog mom is endlessly grateful for Bailee’s incredible care. That peace of mind is priceless.

Abby was awesome! She was very responsive to the booking questions, took the time to understand the medication needs upfront, and left the house IMMACULATE upon our return. We got daily updates with pictures and felt very comfortable with her watching our two older Frenchies and the house.
