We had an excellent experience with Yachen and her husband. We needed someone last minute to pop in, feed, walk and hang out with our dog while we were at a wedding. They made themselves available and even came beforehand for a quick meet and greet. Rico is a little protective when someone new first walks in and they were very patient with him.
