When I lived in France with my uncle in 2018, I was frequently entrusted with the safekeeping of his Jack Russell terrier, Lysée. She and I made fast friends, and I even once led her safely on foot from my apartment to his across town. In my own home at present, I’m the constant companion of my cat, Lucky. I feed him twice a day, play with him indoors and out, change his litter box regularly, and provide him a warm lap to curl up on every night.

On dog walks, I try to aim for public parks if it’s within range of a 30-minute walk. If indoors or in your yard, I will gleefully play fetch or tug of war with your dog, or dangle a ribbon or bounce a ball around for your cat to chase.
