About: I've always had pets growing up as a child, most being rescues from the neighborhood. My passion and love for animals has grown into my adulthood making me a very enthusiastic animal lover who desires to help all different types of animals. My experience in pet care varies from having pets of my own, watching and caring for friends and families pets and currently, my job working with dogs at a Peaks View Animal Hospital! I have cared for pets of all ages. Including bottle feeding kittens and puppies to giving medication to senior pets. I am currently working a part time job at Peaks View Animal Hospital. I would have plenty of time to play and care for your pets! I would be available for boarding Thursday-Sunday! I am also available for drop ins and walks Thursday-Sunday as well! I live in downtown Lynchburg and have an outdoor terrace available for your pups to sunbathe and play. I also live close enough to the trails to take your pups on nice shady walks! If your pet needs to be crated, I also have an XL crate available for use at my home!

About: Hi, I’m Laurel! I grew up with animals my whole life and have always had a genuine passion for pets of all sizes and species. I’m fun, organized, responsible, and excited for the opportunity to help care for your pets while you’re away! What sets me apart is that I truly treat every pet as an individual. I understand that young, senior, and special-needs pets may require different levels of patience, attention, and care. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine, whether that means extra playtime and structure for a young pet or a slower pace and additional attention for a senior pet. Most importantly, your babies will be cared for, loved, and treated just as if they were my own. I want you to feel confident and comfortable knowing they’re in good hands while you’re away! I currently work a full-time job, but pet care fits well into my daily routine. I’m available in the early mornings for feedings, potty breaks, walks, and some quality time before I head to work. In the evenings, I’m available for walks, playtime, dinner, and of course, plenty of snuggles and attention before bedtime. I also have much more flexibility on weekends and can dedicate additional time to your pets, whether they need longer walks, extra playtime, companionship, or just someone to keep them company. I’m organized and responsible, so I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine and make sure they receive the care and attention they’re used to. While I do have a full-time job, I’m committed to making pet care a priority and providing dependable, loving care whenever your pets need me. I’ve grown a genuine love for animals and feel that I can bond with almost any pet. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. I’m happy to follow your specific instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, medications, bedtime routines, and anything else your pet may need. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I’m so looking forward to getting to know your pets, giving them plenty of love and attention, and helping you have peace of mind while you’re working, traveling, or simply away from home.
