“Very highly recommended! Chantal and her husband were great caretakers for our two dogs for a week’s time — even more than we could have expected. They have a beautiful, spacious, safe place — both indoors and for when they had to go outside. My husband and I felt 100% comfortable leaving them there while we were away. From the beginning during our meet-and-greet through pick-up at the end of our trip, we saw just how kind and calm they were, treating our dogs just like their own dog and providing lots of interaction and play. Also, Chantal was extremely accommodating of our 7 month old puppy’s “puppy behavior” and attentive to the need to go outside more frequently. She provided updates every day (and was very responsive to other questions) and we could see just how relaxed our pups were, as if they were staying with family. We are definitely planning on using Chantal’s services the next time we need to go out of town.”

About: I had this one male cat that an wild animal hurt. I had to give him an antibiotic twice daily and change the bandage daily. I set with him for hours because I did not want him to be scared. The hardest thing I ever had to do was be with my cat of 11 years when he had to be euthanized. I didn't want him to be afraid,this was so hard to do. Anyway I will give your baby all you would give.

About: Clara is my first cat, and I’ve raised her since she was a kitten. She came litter-box trained, but I’ve kept up with regular cleaning and deep-cleaning to keep her space fresh and comfortable. When she was spayed, I handled her after-care and medication, so I’m comfortable giving meds and supporting cats through recovery. I love keeping her happy and stimulated, so I’m always rotating toys and creating fun ways for her to play. From housetraining puppies to caring for aging senior dogs, I have experience with a range of personalities/quirks and am very comfortable with large or hyperactive dogs and rescues. My older Beagle, who I cared for for more than 13 years, had a seizure disorder and in the final months of her life, we administered IV sub-Q fluids to her every 2-3 days, so I have experience with caring for pups with medical needs and I can administer medication. I also have 5 years of experience volunteering in a high-volume animal shelter, working predominantly with large dogs, so I understand how animals might behave when they are in a stressful environment and interacting with an unfamiliar person. I strive to provide a stress-free, comforting environment while you are away so please let me know what your pup loves the most! What you can expect: — Time outdoors, playing or on leashed walks — Cuddles and belly rubs — Lots of (approved) treats — Every effort to stick to your pet’s routine and establish clear boundaries! I can provide in-home doggy day care and boarding with a prior meet and greet* if your dog gets along with the two dogs in our home. Your pup will never be left alone with my dogs when I’m providing doggy day care or boarding, so I do require them to be crate-trained for overnight stays. I work full-time from home during the week but have a very flexible schedule. I can provide morning walks, drop in visits and afternoon playtime before lots of attention in the evening. About: I have 1 of my own dogs who lives with me. But I also have experience with a total of 4 dogs as my parents have 3. All are Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I am comfortable with all medium and small size dogs. I do request that they are house trained. I like to take dogs on walks but if they are smaller it is okay if they are not perfect at walking on a leash. I can even help work with them on that. I currently work a normal day job during the week. But I work remote, that means that the dogs would not be alone at all during the day. They would have someone to care for them, take them out and feed them if necessary. Every day it is not raining, I do go on a 1 mile walk with my dog on my lunch so that they get good exercise. HOUSE SITTING: I can work remote from your house providing care all day. However, my dog Charlie would also have to come with me. If this is something that you do not feel comfortable with, I can offer drop in help instead. I have 1 of my own dogs (Charlie) who lives with me full time. My apartment is fully equipped for a dog to be here safely. I have a balcony where the dogs can spend time enjoying the fresh air. My dog gets along with all other dogs and is very friendly as he used to go to daycare with many other dogs. I have the ability to walk the dogs, get them fresh air and exercise. I also have dog toys and bones available for them to use. Dogs are allowed in all areas of my place. Including the couch, dog beds and human beds. Allowing them to be where they feel the most comfortable.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 3 years now. I can do various things including walking and bathing almost any dog. Taking care of dogs is my job and I love it! My work schedule is pretty flexible so I am able to do walks/drop ins pretty frequently throughout any day of the week. My best times would be before 12 and after 7 but I can typically do times in between as well with enough notice I would care for your pet in any way necessary by following any instructions you can give me. About: My specialty is where I’ve worked at different animal shelters over the past 5 years and have abundant behavioral and medical experience with multiple types of dogs and cats! I’m very consent based on petting and have a soft spot for socialization of anxious animals. Your pets will be in loving caring hands at all times!! I have a full time job that runs until evening when I’m working, but can still do any drop in visits or overnight pet sitting. I have 2 week days off that I can use for your pets as needed which can include dog walks or house sitting! About: I've always had pets growing up as a child, most being rescues from the neighborhood. My passion and love for animals has grown into my adulthood making me a very enthusiastic animal lover who desires to help all different types of animals.
