About: I have pet sat for years and have encountered all different types of personalities. From energetic pups who I’ve taught how to refrain from pulling on the leash to senior dogs requiring special diets and routines to skittish friends needing some extra patience and trust building, I’ve seen it all. I feel well-equipped from my past experiences to work with dogs with all different backgrounds and behaviors! As a pet owner myself, I have always prioritized my pets’ needs as they come up on a daily basis. I understand that having pets means committing time to their care and well-being, and my schedule flexibility during the week proves I am willing to make their care a priority. If possible, I like to meet the pet(s) before the sitting dates occur so I have a chance to introduce myself and talk to the owners about their routines and needs. I stick to what the owners tell me to ensure the pet remains as comfortable as possible during the house sitting.

About: Hello! Growing up with dogs, cows, cats, and horses, animals have been a special part of my life that I hope to share with you! Now we have a few funny chickens with big personalities and a Doodle. I walk the dog everyday without headphones. Please let me know if that is also your preference. Being a doodle owner is new to me so over the past couple of years, I’ve enjoyed reading trainers’ books and watched tv shows about dogs as well. If you let know, I can bring your trash bin up from the street, scoot your deliveries out of sight, and water flowers while I’m visiting with your pet. Thanks for taking a look! I hope to meet your pet soon! I’m a homeschooling mom who dreams of taking the family to Rome when the oldest is a senior. Sharing my time with your pet will add to our savings jar and bring me time outside and fun! I am available for a break to walk or check on your pet most of the time. Wednesdays in the afternoon, we are scheduled for an activity. Occasionally we will have an activity booked in advance but most of the time, my schedule can fluctuate around times and days that are convenient for you. At home, we have a fenced in yard where our dog watches over the chickens while they spend some time outside the coop. I am an expert at watching for hawks, so, Little Dogs, fear not! Our animals are well cared for, plenty of access to water, and I even make the dog’s food. Our pet is wheat free. Please let me know if your dog has allergies also.

About: Hi, I'm Eve! I can provide one-time care, interim pet sitting, or provide regular pet sitting. I am a part-time sitter, and I have a full-time job as a teacher during the day. I offer personalized care for pets in the comfort of your own home, regardless of type of pet, breed, age, or size. I can also practice training with your pets, take them to the groomer, or take them to the dog park, if needed. My personal pet care experience comes from owning my very own Black Lab mix, Banjo, for ten years. I raised my boy from puppy to senior. He was an active breed, so I am more than comfortable with providing care for younger or more active dogs! I took Banjo on daily walks and runs, took him to the dog park and local dog bar, and spent most of my days making sure he felt stimulated and entertained during the day. Your pets will receive that same level of care. My professional experience includes caring for pets of family and friends, pets here on Rover, and I have a background in teaching and childcare. These valuable experiences have provided me the foundation to build trust with pet parents and their homes. My expertise comes from my ability to connect and bond with each dog that I find in my care. My approach to pet care is providing warm, sensitive, and individualized care for dogs - with specialty in caring for Senior dogs. However, I will keep your dogs healthy and entertained, no matter what age of they are! I will happily care for your pets as if they are my own, and cater to each of their personalties. I let them guide me to what makes them the most happy! During my visits and stays I keep all of my pet parents well-informed on how their pet is doing. I will provide you with pictures and detailed updates during my time with your pets and leave your home in clean and neat condition. Your pets will be left feeling relaxed and content! I always like to do a meet and greet beforehand, to get to know you and your pets and make sure we are the best fit! In addition, I am willing to drive your pet to the groomer, give them baths, or take them to your local dog park/dog bar as add-on services. Please don’t hesitate to ask if your pet needs those services as I am more than happy to do so! I am a part-time pet sitter and I have a full-time job. However, I will provide time, devotion, and care to your pets in their familiar home space. When I stay in your home, your dog's safety and your home's security is my top priority. You will have peace of mind that your pet has gained a new best friend to spend time with, and that your home is in professional hands.

About: I’ve owned a dog all of my adult life. I can’t imagine life without having to pick up dog poop daily. :) I was able to crate/potty train our puppy in less than a week! I’m also able to help train with basic commands. Your furry, cuddly love bug will be in good hands. I am a stay at home mom, so I am free anytime to let your fur babies out, take them for a walk, replenish their food and water and give extra cuddles while you’re away. I have a 5 and 3 year old who love our dog. They are very gentle with their furry sibling. Your pet will feel safe and have another furry playmate to play with. I can send pictures once a day so you don’t have to miss your baby too much.

About: Hi, I’m Nicole! Over the past five years, I’ve had the joy of caring for pets, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. I believe pets are family, and finding the right person to look after them while you’re away is crucial. I take this responsibility seriously and approach every pet with the same love and care I give to my own. After graduating from college and moving back home to focus on my education and career, I’ve integrated pet care deeply into my daily and weekly routine. My days start with caring for my own pets, ensuring they receive their morning walks and playtime. I’ve made it a priority to be punctual and attentive, which translates into consistent and reliable care for every pet I look after. Throughout the week, I schedule dedicated times for pet sitting and dog walking, seamlessly fitting these activities around my studies and other commitments. I genuinely enjoy meeting new pets and forming bonds with them, which adds a rewarding dimension to my routine. This balance allows me to maintain a high level of care and attention, while also staying engaged with the community of pet owners and their beloved companions. Whether caring for pets in my own home or yours, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each pet and their owner. Having navigated different living situations—from sharing space with roommates to renting on my own—I understand the importance of respecting each individual’s specific needs and preferences. When caring for pets in my home, I ensure a safe and comfortable environment with ample space for play and relaxation. My own pets are accustomed to a structured routine, which helps me provide a consistent experience for any visiting pets. I maintain a clean and pet-friendly space, ensuring that every pet feels at ease. In your home, I focus on maintaining the familiar routines and surroundings that keep your pets comfortable. I follow any specific instructions you provide and adapt to your pet's habits and preferences, ensuring they feel secure and loved. My experience has equipped me with the skills to accommodate a variety of needs, whether it’s sticking to a feeding schedule, administering medication, or providing extra attention and care. Overall, my goal is to seamlessly integrate into your pet’s routine and environment, delivering high-quality care that meets and exceeds your expectations.
