“Fatima took care of our 4-month-old puppy, Ellie, over New Years week. Fatima didn't shy away from taking vare of a puppy and handled Ellie well. She sent photos every so often to show us how Ellie was doing under her care. We had a number of food instructions, and she had no problem executing. All in all, it was a good experience. My only feedback for future dog owners considering Fatima is to establish the frequency of photos/communications you would want Fatima to follow. We would have preferred comms/photos daily, but we didn't communicate the need prior to starting the boarding. I think Fatima would easily comply if we had asked. I would recommend Fatima to other dog owners.”
