Pet care experience
mom and preschooler who 💜 dogs
I have had dogs all my life and always considered them family members. Safety and good communication are my top priorities. I am an open and affirming caregiver ❤️🧡💚💙💜 💕🩵💕who cares deeply about the security and joy of the families I get to serve. My preschooler and I love taking care of dogs together and working with Rover gives us the opportunity to get lots of walks and pets and cuddles. We have recently adopted a beagle who was previously a dog sitting client whose owner could no longer care for him. Our beagle loves other dogs and people and likes to help new pups get acclimated to the house. I do use an extensive interview process because I want to be sure that you🤍 🤎🖤and your dog are comfortable and secure. My goal is to have your dog feel like a member of our extended family and hopefully see them many times in the years to come. 🤎🖤🤍

Ratings and reviews
My dog Gus was great on this first Rover night. I know he was experiencing some separation anxiety, but it looks like Beth had it under control.

Beth was so patient and kind, I have never left my dog with a non-family member and she's a little codependent but Beth (and Tupac/Kiddo!) were so sweet and made her feel at home. She sent updates over the weekend and was amazing with our pickup/drop off schedule and my anxiety. Thanks so much!

Beth is an outstanding sitter! Extremely reliable and communicative and takes great care of our pups. They return home happy!

Thank you for taking such excellent care of Chicharo!
Again, Beth went above and beyond with communication regarding our Charlie. Highly recommend her.

I couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter than Beth. The location is perfect a nice backyard, a great quiet circle to walk surprisingly secluded. Beth will keep in contact with you as much as you like or as little through the Rover app which works very well. My dog really enjoy playing with her dog and son and she took exceptional care of my dog! I will plan my vacations around her schedule as long as I have a pet

Schedule
I work full time and do 4 quarter mile walks per day, in the morning, after school, early evening and bedtime. We keep dogs inside our home and will follow your dogs’ feeding schedule.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I care for dogs in my own home. We get exercise and potty breaks with 4 quarter mile walks per day on a leash. Our neighborhood is relatively quiet but we do have several neighbors with dogs. I can crate dogs while at work who prefer/ are accustomed to crate training or who need it for safety/ anxiety reasons.
Pets
A typical day
I typically take dogs for a walk in the morning at breakfast time, on my lunch break from my full-time job, a third walk in the evening when we get home and I pick my child up from daycare, and a fourth walk after dinner/ before bedtime. I keep a variety of Kong toys and squeaky toys on hand, and it can help a lot to have some of your dog’s preferred toys / comfort items (ex: blanket, their own bed, their own crate). I feed dogs following the same routine you use at home.
