Safety, trust & environment
I care for dogs in my own home. We get exercise and potty breaks with 4 quarter mile walks per day on a leash. Our neighborhood is relatively quiet but we do have several neighbors with dogs. I can crate dogs while at work who prefer/ are accustomed to crate training or who need it for safety/ anxiety reasons.

Information Beth M. would like to know about your pet
It is important that I have your vet’s contact information and that I know about any medications or special concerns that your dog has. I only care for dogs that are good with kids, as I have a very active preschooler who loves to help take care of dogs with me.
A typical day
I typically take dogs for a walk in the morning at breakfast time, on my lunch break from my full-time job, a third walk in the evening when we get home and I pick my child up from daycare, and a fourth walk after dinner/ before bedtime. I keep a variety of Kong toys and squeaky toys on hand, and it can help a lot to have some of your dog’s preferred toys / comfort items (ex: blanket, their own bed, their own crate). I feed dogs following the same routine you use at home.

Pet care experience
I have had dogs all my life and always considered them family members. Safety and good communication are my top priorities. I am an open and affirming caregiver ❤️🧡💚💙💜 💕🩵💕who cares deeply about the security and joy of the families I get to serve. My preschooler and I love taking care of dogs together and working with Rover gives us the opportunity to get lots of walks and pets and cuddles. We have recently adopted a beagle who was previously a dog sitting client whose owner could no longer care for him. Our beagle loves other dogs and people and likes to help new pups get acclimated to the house. I do use an extensive interview process because I want to be sure that you and your dog are comfortable and secure. My goal is to have your dog feel like a member of our extended family and hopefully see them many times in the years to come. 🤎🖤🤍

Beth was fantastic. My dogs were well cared for and she sent updates frequently.

My anxious dog had a great time with Beth. Will rebook in the future!

Beth was so nice and absolutely wonderful! I love that she likes to meet the dogs ahead of time to make sure they are a right fit for her and her adorable sweet dog. She sent lots of pictures and updates and will definitely book again with her!

My dog Gus was great on this first Rover night. I know he was experiencing some separation anxiety, but it looks like Beth had it under control.
