First off it was last minute and during Mardi Gras nonetheless so it was very challenging to find someone, Kenneth made it easy and responded to my request almost immediately. I was able to drop nova off and felt like I left her in good hands. Kenneth sent me lots of videos and photos during his time with nova which was also super appreciated. And finally when I was an hour late picking her up because I lost my keys and had to wait on a locksmith, he didn’t mind. “Flynn had a great stay with Regina! He is special needs and requires someone to give him medication 4 times daily. She was able to adjust her schedule to make sure she could accommodate this. She wanted to do a meet and greet before which I really appreciated. She always responded right away to any messages I sent, and she kept in touch daily sending pictures of Flynn! He was the only dog she had at the time which was perfect. I would love to be able to have Flynn stay with her again and would absolutely recommend her care to anyone with a special needs dog!
