She allowed me and my husband to have a meet and greet with her and her dogs beforehand so we felt comfortable, she asked all the right questions about routines, she clearly told me her expectations and was very communicative. On the day of the visit, she sent so many pictures and kept me updated. I was worried Charlee wouldn’t eat much but she did! (And had normal bowels, which I was also worried about!)
