About: Extremely Reliable Pet sitter. Visiting them a few hours a day or staying with them while you are away I will treat your Cat or Dog as if it was my own. They are truly amazing animals and I would want the same for mine. I personally will take the ultimate care of your loved one while you are away. My Dog slept on the bed with me until she could no longer. I picked her up and took her off my bed every day. It did not matter. She was the very best thing ever in my life. Cat or Dog or frog! Does not matter to me. An animals love is like no other. You can depend on me to look in or sit for your pet. It's all I do and I love it. I don't work anymore. I pet sit. Moved back to the Bay Area to take care of my 92 yr Mother. Or my mother is taking care of me lol. She is amazingly well. I had a dog and she was truly the best thing ever. Now I don't have any pets and certainly Miss the love that they unconditionally provide. I can drop in on your pet or spend the whole day with them. You tell me. Like you I want them to be very comfortable in the own surroundings. Some will be afraid and some will miss their owners terribly, but rest assured I will do everything in my power to insure nothing has changed and by the time I'm done sitting they will treat me as they treat you.

I also have hands-on experience with cats, small animals (like guinea pigs and rats), reptiles, and even farm animals like pigs and ducks. If it has paws, claws, hooves, or scales — chances are, I’ve cared for it. When it’s a good fit, I love incorporating dogs into my daily life — whether that’s a nature walk, a car ride to town, or just relaxing outside. But I never take dogs to dog parks or chaotic spaces. If something feels too stimulating or simply isn’t right for your pet, we skip it — no pressure, no push. And if your pup is the stay-home-and-cuddle type? That works for me too. I always ask about behavior, routines, and preferences ahead of time and spend the first day or two getting a read on what your pet is capable of and comfortable with. My goal is to help every animal feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for in a way that honors who they are. I work from home full time! I have several clients but the type of work allows me to be extremely flexible for your pets! I know while some pets can just hang out while I work, others may need more care, enrichment or a closer eye - I can and will accommodate accordingly. Just let me know what your pet needs ❤️ When sitting at your home I prefer to stick to the spaces your pets are most comfortable in or used to as well as stick to a similar routine. I find this helps with separation anxiety and any confusion the pets may have since their favorite human is gone! If possible, I like to take dogs for a longer walk on the first day to help us bond and help me learn how they behave. For other pets, this may look more like a longer playtime, enrichment activity, etc. I want to make sure they’re as comfortable as possible with me in their space so that first day is important to me!

About: Nestled in the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains I will provide a safe relaxing experience for your cat or kitten. I have years of experience with my own cats and kittens and well as years of feral cat and kitten rescue and socialization. Each guest will have their own safe 3 tiered condo with outdoor window views of the mountains. Fresh filtered water in a circulating water fountain. Wet and dry food (Kirkland brand). Sensitive eaters are welcome to bring their own favorites. Litter box changes soon after use. As I live off the beaten path I am happy to provide door to door transformation within these zip codes 95033, 95030, 95010, 95001, and 95073. Shuttle service from Building Blocks preschool parking lot off Summit Rd or Blue Ball park in Soquel is also included. I am a retired graphic designer so am home during days and evenings. Individual care will be provided as needed. I will attend to your cat/kitten as needed throughout the day and night. I only have two cat condos in their own private room right off my kitchen. Your cat will be treated like part of my family. I will only be steps away and any given time to attend to their individual needs.
