“Mee-mee (Myeshia) was amazing. This was my first time using Rover, and my first time being away from my pup Maverick for a long period of time. (I believe we both had separation anxiety!) There were several issues that came up on my end with preparation for our holiday travel--there and back-- and Mee-Mee was very patient and understanding. She kept in touch and sent photos and video clips, she also asked questions, gave tips and took suggestions from my end. She was upfront and honest with any challenges Mav encountered, and when I went to pick him up, although I could tell he was happy to see me, he did not want to leave! “It was the first time leaving our Nancy with anyone overnight. This boarding was for a few days. Malaika and Andrew put us at ease with updates and made our dog a part of thier day to day. Our dog, Nancy got to play, go on a roadtrip with the host family and simply do whatever the host family did. I believe it helpped to put our dog at ease and she is one who likes a routine and to be around people. The daily photo updates came as promised and even included a filming. The ideal situation for us as pet parents was that our small dog hung with other small dogs and she was around humans as well. We will repeat as needed.
