“Bentley loves being outside, so the deck and large property is just what he needs. I feel 100% comfortable and fully confident that he is in good hands here. Charles has cared for Bentley many times over the past 8 years before he started using Rover, so I already knew he was fantastic! The house is always very clean, organized and safe for pets. Charles is so very easy to work with, responds really quickly, and makes sure Bentley is safe and happy. He truly seems to love caring for dogs, and he is just a genuinely good person overall. Bentley is a senior dog now, but he doesn't have any unique needs. However, it really makes me happy to know that Charles has so much experience in dealing with aging pets. I know that one day Bentley may be on medications, develop cataracts or start losing his hearing. It is great to know that I will have a very special place for him that will truly cater to whatever needs arise. Charles has so much patience for blind dogs, especially. I know he goes the extra mile for all dogs, but especially the blind ones. What he has done to help his blind dog since he rescued her several years ago is hands-down amazing. I can tell she has blossomed in his care, and I know he does the same for all the dogs he takes into his home. I could write so much more here about Charles and the family, but for the sake of brevity, let me just say they are the BEST you can get! 5+ stars doesn't even begin to say it all. About: My senior dog passed away after we shared 18 wonderful years together. I know how much your family members mean to you. I will ensure my time with them will be fun and show care and love as if they were my own. I'm retired and have plenty of time on my hands. One reason for pursuing this opportunity is to get more involved and out of the house. I currently have only my little Percy - he's strictly an indoor cat with his routine - early am feedings and lots of sleep during the day. I love to walk and enjoy having a pal to share the time outside. I do miss my dog, our daily walks are where I hold very fond memories. She loved to bring sticks home and place them in the yard. I have always enjoyed my experience with pet sitters that I've hired. Each person understood how important it is to follow instructions and established routines. Jay is absolutely amazing! He was reassuring before during and even after the stay. It was my first time leaving my dog for so long after adopting her and he treated her like family. Got her a gift and even treats. They bonded and I loved getting my daily updates and know my baby was feeling safe and well taken care of. I would definitely be using him again as they’ve bonded and I couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful person. He really listened to my concerns and notes and applied them. Loved seeing him work with her on her bilingual commands and giving me tips as well. A true professional and pleasure.
