“Nicole was wonderful! She has the same breed of pups that I have which was really a coincidence. She met us at a dog park to meet the pups and asked questions about them to better understand their temperament, feeding schedule and any questions or concerns I had. She sent me daily updates about what the pups were up to, and any new friends they met during their stay. They seemed to be having a blast! Luna (my little one with separation anxiety) sat right by Nicole (on her desk) while she worked so I know her calm demeanor really helped her get comfortable and feel safe with her. We had the best experience using Stephanie for our Sheepadoodle, Sasha. We were away for a week, and Stephanie stayed in contact regularly providing updates and photos. We have used other great sitters on Rover; however, as much as Sasha was happy to see us at pick up, she did not want to leave Stephanie. Stephanie was also able to provide me with several training tips. We will most definitely be repeat customers. Highly satisfied!
Ashleigh was amazing with my pup Galaxy she communicated very well and sent lots of funny pictures. Right before my pups stay she was given meds one and a cone for her allergies and Ashleigh navigated the last minute changes very well. Galaxy looked right at home with Ashleigh her daughter and her pups. I will definitely be booking with her again.
Jay is absolutely amazing! He was reassuring before during and even after the stay. It was my first time leaving my dog for so long after adopting her and he treated her like family. Got her a gift and even treats. They bonded and I loved getting my daily updates and know my baby was feeling safe and well taken care of. I would definitely be using him again as they’ve bonded and I couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful person. He really listened to my concerns and notes and applied them.
