We were on a 7-day cruise and barely had service most of the time, but he still made sure to keep us updated and let us know how the boys were doing. That really gave us peace of mind while we were away. The boys stayed with him for about 10 days, and even when they got a little rowdy, he handled everything well and kept us informed. When we picked them up, you could definitely tell they had been well taken care of. He even gave them complimentary baths, which we really appreciated, especially after coming back from vacation. Communication was great, the boys were in good hands, and we never had to stress about them while we were gone. Ashleigh has been amazing with Bentley! He absolutely loves going to her home and getting to spend time with her and her two dogs. It gives me such peace of mind knowing that he’s somewhere he feels comfortable and enjoys himself. I also really appreciate that Ashleigh sends photos and updates throughout the day so I can see how Bentley is doing and what he’s up to. She’s attentive, reliable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs in her care. Bentley is always happy to see her, which says everything! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Krystale! She took such amazing care of Chi-Chi and truly gave me peace of mind while I was away. Being that Chi-Chi is a senior dog, I’m very particular about who I trust with her, and Krystale exceeded my expectations. She was patient, attentive, loving, and treated Chi-Chi like she was her own. I could tell Chi-Chi felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, which meant everything to me. ❤️ Krystale is truly a gem, and I’m so grateful to have found her! This was my first time using Rover or any site like this and to say my nerves were worked up would be an understatement but choosing Sydney for the first time was a good pick! We had a very small hiccup in the beginning which was quickly handled and i appreciate that. I will say, Sydney has the magic touch. When I got my boys back they were calm and did not show any signs of being anxious being back home which let's me know they were good and settled while in her care. I unfortunately had to cut their stay shorter than planned but if/when I need someone to watch them again I will be reaching out to Sydney!
Jay is absolutely amazing! He was reassuring before during and even after the stay. It was my first time leaving my dog for so long after adopting her and he treated her like family. Got her a gift and even treats. They bonded and I loved getting my daily updates and know my baby was feeling safe and well taken care of. I would definitely be using him again as they’ve bonded and I couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful person. He really listened to my concerns and notes and applied them. Loved seeing him work with her on her bilingual commands and giving me tips as well. A true professional and pleasure.
