I also have done Rover before with my mom for 5 years prior. I know how to administer medication, due to the fact one of my own fur babies had diabetes. I welcome pets of all ages—puppies, seniors, and everyone in between—because every pet deserves compassionate, personalized care. Along with pet care, I also work a full time remote job. This flexibility allows me to be there when your pet needs me most—whether it’s a midday potty break, a last-minute walk, or extended care. Within my home, your pet’s comfort comes first. They can be crated or uncrated based on what makes them feel safe and happy. I do ask that you bring their prefered crate, toys, food and dishes
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid. I have experience with dogs from puppies to seniors . While your fur baby is in my care I’ll make sure to communicate and send pictures so that you can always know how your baby is doing. Right now I’m working part time so I’ll have more time on my schedule to do more walks. I set my own schedule so if your dog needs to be walked more than once I can accommodate that need. I’m always making sure that their collars, leash , and harnesses are secure before stepping out . I make sure to always have water on hand for those times they may become thirsty. I send photos while out as well while in my care. I also make sure to have all contact information and preferred vets on hand in case of an emergency .
About: I’ve had animals my whole life, from smaller breeds to large. I’ve worked at two dog daycares before, working with training dogs; grooming( nail trimming and bathes). My love for animals is very endless, they are better than people sometimes XD! I care for my own animals, so pet care is already a part of my daily routine! I work part time, otherwise my attention is focused on my fur babies at home. My apartment complex has an designed area with ample room for activities that my small dog enjoys and could be offered to my clients. I am flexible, and am great at accommodating to the many different personalities that animals may possess. I have worked at multiple dog boarding facilities that have allowed me to practice caring for many dogs at once and assessing each of their needs individually and accordingly.

So I asked Leah if she'd be able to come and take Zuri out at least 1x/day while I'm at work. She's been great! Very professional and wonderful communicator. Sends pics with every visit and gives me an update on what they did. I highly recommend Leah - it's obvious she loves dogs!!”
About: I believe communication is key to building trust. In addition to daily text updates, I create a 'Pet Report Card' with notes on how your pet is eating, playing, and acting. I include high quality photos and video clips of your pet's day so you can see they're happy and relaxed. I also specialize in caring for puppies, using positive reinforcement methods to continue basic training commands reinforce house training, and help them get comfortable with being handled. I also send plenty of high quality photos and keep the parents in the loop of their puppies. Pet care fits into my daily or weekly routine through scheduled feeding, exercise, and play, often aligning with my own schedule, such as by walking my dog during my workout or feeding my pet when I eat. Weekly routines can include tasks like grooming and vet visits which can be planned on specific days, while daily activities ensure consistent care and strengthen the bond with your pet. Caring for pets involves providing a safe environment, proper nutrition, regular exercise, and consistent routines, while for a client's pet, it is important to follow their specific instructions maintain the pet's routine, and ensure safety at all times. The key steps include feeding with fresh water and their designated food, establishing and adhering to daily schedules for meals and walks, and administering any necessary medication.
