About: I have a pet of my own, specifically a cat. I have taken care of many of my families dogs and cats when needed. I play soccer at UMKC and am able to keep up with high energy dogs. I am currently going to school at UMKC and will have lots of time in my morning and throughout the day to come by and check on your loved ones! I am not in season at the moment, so I will be available on weekends. I will be respectful to your home by taking my shoes off and being calm and quiet when entering the home. I will lightly call for your pet while cracking the door open to let them know I am not a threat.

“Sean is a FANTASTIC pet sitter. He took amazing care of our dog for 5 weeks. I was a little nervous at first, because our dog is so protective around me and at times anxious when I'm gone. Sean was completely undaunted by my dog's initial barking at their first meeting. By the end of day one, we got fotos of Sean and our dog hanging out together. Then came the videos of our dog going absolutely nuts with happiness upon Sean's return from an outing. Our dog LOVES Sean. Whenever Sean comes to visit, our dog swoons with excitement and is happier to see him than anyone in the world (other than my son or me.) Could pick a greater guy for the job.”

“Amanda is a trustworthy pet sitter/walker. She has taken care of my corgi, when I'm out of town and has taken him on a walk while I was at work. My corgi has leash aggression, and it is something we are working on. Amanda followed my specific instructions when taking my corgi outside on a walk. Ex: where to take him, how to hold my Corgi's leash, distancing away from other dogs while on the walk. It eased my anxiety that she followed these instructions and was good to know that she really cared about my corgi and his safety.”

About: All my life I have had dogs and cats at home. I’ve always enjoyed not only spending time with my own pets, but also my friends and neighbors pets! I’ve pet sat on many occasions for both dogs and cats (and even a turtle!). I am a pet lover and I am more than happy to take care of any other pets you have besides your doggo. I will gladly scoop some poop and feed all the pets you have! Along with dog walks, I would love to take your dog for a run too (only if they like running of course)! I can’t wait to love on your fur babies and make sure they feel comfortable and loved when you’re away from the home.

Besides checking to make sure they have food and water she also always spends time playing with and loving on them. She has also walked our dog when we were out of the house for many hours. “I have seen Wendy take care of her own cat and several other animals for about 10 years now. She has even rescued a bat trapped in an apartment before. She spends time and plays with the animals she has had in her care. Wendy also takes care and precautions for the health and well-being of her animals. She has taken her cat Izzy diet and vet visits seriously. Giving a loving happy home to a cat that had been returned twice to the shelter with food and behavior issues, but thanks to Wendy these issues are no longer a problem with Izzy, who now is over 13 years old. Wendy will take very good care of you pet with love, understanding, and care.”
