About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life, but what really sets me apart is hands-on experience actually raising and training one myself. I grew up training my German Shepherd from a young age, which taught me patience, consistency, and how to understand dog behavior, not just watch them. As a student athlete, I’m very active, so I naturally bring a lot of energy to walks, playtime, and keeping dogs engaged. At the same time, I understand that every dog is different, some need structure and training, while others need calm, gentle care, especially seniors. About: I grew up not being able to have any cats or dogs so I was always watching my friends/family's pets every chance I got. My intuition with most pets really helps me be able to get along with them and keep them happy in any way I can! I am a financial account representative for Shamrock Trading Corporation/RTS Financial in Overland Park. I work 8-5 Monday through Friday so weekends work best for me. About: I have cared for my friend’s dogs while they are away many times. I enjoy providing animals with enrichment and making sure they get ample exercise. I am careful around new dogs to let them show me what kind of care they prefer, and strive to make my time with them as enjoyable as possible for both of us. I have full time evening employment. I am available to care for pets Sunday-Thursday 9am to 2pm (meaning my latest available visit would start at 1:30pm for an 30 min visit), and All day Fridays and Saturdays! I have lots of experience with sneaky animals who love eating things they are not supposed to eat or hiding in places they should not be. About: I’ve been owned by several (rescue) dogs and a few cats. Am capable a caring for multiple pets in household. Have lived with 3 dogs for several years. I’m good with all animals and have a tendency to make a critter calm. Senior dogs are a specialty and regular medications are no problem. Done a lot of house sitting for pets and home security. Day care and overnights easy as I am retired with only a few obligations with my time. I am retired so an abundance of time is available. I do have a commitment to sit with a dog and two cats every Wednesday. I feed/walk/play with two dogs every evening and a long walk on Saturday afternoon. I clean a home once a month on my schedule. I am involved in my church (Sunday worship and once a month vestry meetings). If you desire overnight stays or extended visits I’m able to do that as long as leaving for above mentioned obligations works with your pet. My specialty is senior dogs. I prefer smaller dogs as I am older fella and wouldn’t want to lose grip walking or caring for large dogs. Feeding/walks/medications not a problem If doing check ins I am punctual and trustworthy in your home.

About: I grew up raising and caring for dogs, gaining hands on experience with feeding,grooming, and understanding different behaviors, needs, and personalities in a loving, responsible environment. I am available during the day but I work from 1a-11a . Please note that my children may also be present at my home during the stay. I will get the extra accessories I need , due to me not having a fenced in yard,such as a leash, a harness, and toys if not provided ! I will ensure to keep your fur babies entertained!
