This was our very first time using Rover and also the first time leaving our 1-year-old puppy, along with our 14-year-old dog, so we were naturally very anxious. From the very beginning, June was incredibly sweet, patient, and loving with both of them. Our puppy had a hard time adjusting to us being away, which was expected, but June handled it with so much calm, understanding, and care. She reassured us that this was normal and stayed consistent and gentle with him until he settled in. True to her word, every day got better. What we appreciated most was her communication. June kept us updated daily with plenty of pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She was also very receptive to any suggestions we shared and immediately applied them, showing how committed she was to doing what was best for our dogs. It is not easy to trust someone with your home and your pets, especially for the first time, but June exceeded every expectation. About: I have taken care of animals most of my life i am new the Rover community but I do have kennel technician experience and dog bather experience along with drop by visits. I do have to walk or be driven by my mother since I don't have a license and or car because I have epilepsy and hydrocephalus. Despite my disabilities I am a very hard worker and always make sure the fur babies are safe and taken care of. I do have four dogs and a cat also. I have been around all sorts of dogs and or cats along with other animals so I don't scare easily and I am very patient with them. If you are willing to take a chance on me I will not let you down I wake up and take care of my five dogs as soon as I get up. Two of them take meds and I give it to them if my grandma doesn't do it for her two Goldens I let them outside feed them give them water give them their medicine and make sure they are taken care of. If something is wrong with one of them I will find it

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and grew up helping care for dogs of all sizes and breeds. My dad owns a farm, so I’m very comfortable around larger dogs, including our Bernese Mountain Dog and two German Shepherd mixes, while also caring for smaller breeds like my Yorkie. Over the years, I’ve helped with feeding, walking, grooming, playtime, and everyday care, so I’m confident handling different personalities, energy levels, and routines. I’ve also dog-sat multiple times for family friends, many of whom have continued to use my services year after year, which I believe speaks to my reliability and trustworthiness. In addition, I have experience caring for multiple pets at once, including senior dogs and households with different types of animals, such as dogs and birds together. These experiences have made me patient, attentive, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about caring for animals. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I’m currently working part-time and have a flexible schedule. I’ve also grown up around animals my whole life, so feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and checking in on pets are already a normal part of my day. I enjoy being active and spending time outside, and I’m reliable when it comes to maintaining routines and making sure pets feel comfortable, cared for, and well attended to. I pay close attention to routines, behavior changes, feeding instructions, and any special needs to help pets feel comfortable and reduce stress while their owners are away. I also understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pets and entering your home. I’m dependable, respectful, and communicative, and I always strive to treat every pet and home with care. Having experience with dogs of different sizes, personalities, and ages—including senior dogs—has taught me to be patient, attentive, and adaptable in different situations.

“Casey took care of our two dogs and cat for a week while we were traveling. She came to our house to meet the “boys” about a week before we left and all three of them took an instant liking to her! She stayed at our house so the boys could be in familiar surroundings and kept us in the loop with photos and texts while we were traveling so we could see what a good time they were having back at home. I will definitely ask her to pet sit again. It was a great experience for our boys and for us.”

I plan my schedule carefully to make sure each pet gets reliable, on-time care and attention. In a client’s home, I follow your cat’s normal routine to keep things as stress-free as possible. I handle feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, and playtime or quiet companionship depending on your cat’s personality. I take a calm, patient approach, especially with shy or anxious cats, and never force interaction. I also monitor behavior, administer medications if needed, and send regular updates with photos so you feel at ease while you’re away.

About: Need a flexible, helping hand for your beloved fur-babies? I'm your gal! I grew up with dogs, and have years of experience pet-sitting for dogs, cats, rabbits, and even ferrets! :) I love all animals & open to new ones too (minus snakes). During the school year, I work FT at an elementary school, but I love to petsit during my summers off—but I am still available during the school year, after school hours and weekends. During the summer, I’m off of work (I work at an elementary school) so I’m flexible when it comes to dropping in or spending time with your pet! I'm available FT during July through the beginning of August, until school begins. After that, my availability changes to after school hours and weekends. Whether it’s a drop in for food, walks, or cuddles, or if your need is me staying overnight—I’m open! I am available to do drop ins or overnight stays with your pet, depending on your need. I’ve done both and can do multiple check-in for feedings, walks, etc. during the day. And/or staying overnight with them if you’re out of town!
