Having experience with pet allergies will ease your mind if you have a furry friend who needs some extra care and attention. Drop off and pick up: ***All dogs must be on a leash at drop off as we have free range chickens on the property. All dogs will be on a leash at pick up to load into your car. Drop off and pick up hours 8 am-10 am and 4-6 pm unless otherwise agreed upon between dog parents and host. Please notify us if you are going to be late and how late. Fees may apply for late drop off or pick up. New clients: If this is your first time staying at Autumn Valley Dog Retreat, we require a meet and greet within 3 days of your booking request. If the M&G is not completed the request may be cancelled. If your requested stay is longer than a weekend for first time guest, we may request a client paid overnight trial before confirming a week or longer. Crate policy: Dogs will be crated in our home for short periods if we are away to run an errand. This is for the safety of visiting dogs, our own dogs, and our home. Dogs will be crated at night for sleeping. We gladly accept your personal crates while visiting or your personal beds or blankets. Please add any questions to your booking request! We look forward to meeting you. This summer I will be home enjoying our farm and dog retreat while on break from school schedule as a special education team member. We are a family of four with 2 beagles who will love and care and exercise your pups. I have a fenced in yard and 2 friendly medium sized dogs to keep your pup company. We will crate sleep the visiting dogs at night.

About: I have been volunteering at a dog shelter for the past 4 years and it has been wonderful, I got to indulge myself in the love and care for dogs, cats and other animals and i got to understand the love and attention they need. It made me realize how amazing animals are to us. I also eventually dog sit for multiple people, and dog walk around my neighborhood. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends, and weekdays after 5-5:30. As I am in school and im on the bowling team for school. I have two precious Cavapoo and they are super playful and they love company, if there is another dog at my house I typically take them out on a leash just for safety purposes. If there is anything else people would like me to do i would be understanding. Kennel, puppy pee pad, etc.

About: I had a pet-sitting service for 15 years, and then I started caring for dogs in my home through Dog Vacay. I took a break to care for my ailing mother and then I became a Nanny to a newborn boy. He is now 4 years old and my services are no longer needed. I am also a missionary to Uganda. I've been helping with a woman's ministry since 2007. I can not be idle, so I'm reactivating my Rover profile. I’m available for Drop-In visits or House Sitting. While I am in your home, I will also bring in your mail/packages, water your plants, and bring in or take out your trash bins. I can come to you, Drop-Ins or House Sitting. While I’m there with your pets, I will also bring in your mail, trash in & out, water your plants, etc.

About: I’m a homeowner with a huge fenced in backyard. I WFH so potty breaks and play time is not a problem. I have a 70lb golden retriever who loves to play. I take my own dog for a minimum of two walks a day. Most days I get out three or four times. I have a huge fenced in backyard for in between walks. I have a very sweet 5 year old golden who loves other dogs. I have experimented caring for super young all the way to end of life care for senior dogs.

About: I have extensive experience with pets of all shapes, sizes, ages, breeds, types, colors, and temperaments. I have owned dogs, cats, turtles, frogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and a lizard. (I once had a pet worm in an animal cracker box. I thought he would like living in a little zoo.) For 7 years I took care of my disabled mom as well as 5 dogs and 2 cats. During that time, I also worked as a foster volunteer for Music City Pug Rescue–most of which were geriatric surrenders whose owners had passed away or moved into a nursing facility. While I questioned my own sanity at the time, looking back now, those were some of the very best days of my life! Today I only have one dog, Marley, (my lucky charm rescue–a Tibetan Terrier who was just hours away from euthanasia when I saw his picture online) and I am renting my home. So while I can't board your pets, I am happy to take care of them at their own home! Sadly I have lost pets to terrible chronic illnesses like cancer and diabetes. I've been through two torn ACL surgeries, one hip surgery, blindness, deafness, and incontinence. My current pup, little Marley, has been paralyzed twice. The first time, I was able to afford an expensive back surgery. But when it happened again six months post-op, I rehabilitated him myself. Now, 6 years later, he's still walking! I thank God every morning and night for giving me another day with him. My experience caring for all of these dogs and their health problems means that I know how to care for their special needs. Whether it's taking a dog to weekly chemo treatments or giving him two shots of insulin each day, I am capable of caring for your pets and promise to do so just like they are my own. Whether it's for a few minutes, a few days, or even a few weeks, I would love to spoil your pet(s) with lots of hugs,and kisses. So if you do need someone for overnight services at your home, I will be bringing him with me. I will treat your canine and/or feline fur babies (or scaly ones!) just like they're my own. I can be as discreet as you need me to be, or I can take your pets to visit their friends if that's what you want me to do. For at-home pet sitting, I will meet with you and your pets beforehand to give you peace of mind. We can get as detailed as you want.
