About: I had a pet-sitting service for 15 years, and then I started caring for dogs in my home through Dog Vacay. I took a break to care for my ailing mother and then I became a Nanny to a newborn boy. He is now 4 years old and my services are no longer needed. I am also a missionary to Uganda. I've been helping with a woman's ministry since 2007. I can not be idle, so I'm reactivating my Rover profile. I’m available for Drop-In visits or House Sitting. I am retiring as a Nanny and I am reactivating my Rover account. I’m not taking care of pets in my home, but I can come to you; Drop-Ins and House Sitting. While I am in your home, I will also bring in your mail/packages, water your plants, and bring in or take out your trash bins. I can come to you, Drop-Ins or House Sitting. While I’m there with your pets, I will also bring in your mail, trash in & out, water your plants, etc.

About: I grew up with and have cared and loved for a variety of dogs for my whole life. I am patient and capable of taking care of your fur babies. I’m currently working from home and have availability during the day and I am available to watch your pets overnight in the comfort of your home. I can provide appropriate care for your dogs in your home or take them on a fun walk during the day. I will love them as I love our dogs.

About: I have taken care of animals most of my life i am new the Rover community but I do have kennel technician experience and dog bather experience along with drop by visits. I do have to walk or be driven by my mother since I don't have a license and or car because I have epilepsy and hydrocephalus. Despite my disabilities I am a very hard worker and always make sure the fur babies are safe and taken care of. I do have four dogs and a cat also. I have been around all sorts of dogs and or cats along with other animals so I don't scare easily and I am very patient with them. If you are willing to take a chance on me I will not let you down I wake up and take care of my five dogs as soon as I get up. Two of them take meds and I give it to them if my grandma doesn't do it for her two Goldens I let them outside feed them give them water give them their medicine and make sure they are taken care of. If something is wrong with one of them I will find it

About: I’ve taken care of hundreds of dogs over the past 2 years, all of different ages and sizes, with different needs. From walking, transporting, playing, supervising playtime, cuddling, cleaning, and assisting those in need, I am capable of doing just about anything you need for your fur baby. (Worked at Greymont kennel services and Chasing Tail Pet Farm, have done pet sitting off of rover, and have owned multiple dogs of different age/size, with different limitations) I have work from 0500-1630 but I’m still available on weekends can still work around those times I just need to be able to make it to work on time!! About: Huge animal and dog lover with a baby of my own wanting to help out other families when they need and ease there mind that their dog well taken care of I work hybrid currently and i am in the office only 2 days a week and home from wed-monday with an east schedule to make sure your fur baby stays in their routine I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where pets are treated like part of the family. I live in a house with a fenced patio and plenty of areas for dogs to play, explore, and get exercise. I make sure each pet receives lots of attention, playtime, walks, potty breaks, and plenty of cuddles while following their normal feeding and care routine. I’m also happy to accommodate each pet’s individual needs and make sure they feel comfortable and secure while in my care.

About: My dogs have been my best friends my entire life! For the past 4 years, I have trained and fostered mobility service dogs, providing experience with many tools and training styles. I spent 2.5 years fostering a service dog from puppyhood to placement as a full-time service dog. I also have experience working with dog reactive dogs and puppies. I work in schools during the day, so I will be able to care for your pet early mornings and late afternoons/evenings. I am also available for Friday-Sunday dog sitting. Your dog's safety and wellness will always be my priority! I have a lot of experience and knowledge with dog body language, so I will do my best to keep your pup relaxed and happy. A happy dog is an enriched dog, so I will work to give your dog mental and physical enrichment.

About: I’ve taken care of pets of all ages and abilities! Currently I have a three-year old dog and a six-year old blind cat. Previously lived in a home with a dog groomer and assisted her from time to time. I’m currently between jobs, so I’ll have all morning and the early afternoons to take care of walking your dogs! This is also my way of keeping active! I believe in a positive reinforcement approach to handling pets. My dog is clicker-trained. The first thing my dog and cat learned were emergency recall because pet safety comes first!

My first job was at a Doggy Daycare and I have worked as a groomer and had my own Pet Care business for 10 years in Massachusetts up until I just moved to Nashville in June. I currently have open availability for all your pet care needs! Any days and times needed I can fit into my schedule with no problem. I have many former client’s numbers I can always provide for recommendations if needed. I stay at your home with your pet(s) so they can stay in their own environment comfortably and provide them with all the care and love until you get back! About: Hi, I'm Marissa! I'm one of those people who, before I came out of my shell, spent more time with animals than people. Sometimes I still do. I've had dogs and cats all my life, and also rode horses starting just before I was 4. I have 9 years of experience on Rover and another 2 independently dog walking and sitting before that. I’ve cared for many kinds of dogs and cats, fish, turtles, donkeys, a family of racoons, and more. And I have a lot of experience caring for older animals and animals with medical conditions. I also used to volunteer with my mom transporting rescue dogs with Echo Dog White German Shepherd rescue. I am a homebody for the most part, so once I'm there I'm probably not going anywhere. My capital W Work is writing - I'm 13 years into an elven magic realism epic screenplay/novel series, it is my passion project and pet/housesitting gives me the time to tend to that vision, and fur babies to keep me company! Walking and playing with them keeps me active and in my beloved nature. It is a great joy to give people peace of mind while they travel, knowing their home and furbabies are in good hands. I know how stressful it can be - I was born in the Northeast and then moved to Nashville when I was 12 so my mom and I would drive up there to visit family, but we would often bring our dog and cats with us on that 13 hr ride because we didn’t have anyone we trusted to watch them. It’s a great time, unless it’s a family emergency. Now, I get to be that person for other people! My clients relaxing, knowing that they can have fun or do what needs doing and that their fur babies are taken care of at home - that is priceless and never gets old. If you have 3 or more pets, I'm happy to give a discount. I know how hard it can be trying to find care for them when you have many. Feel free to reach out! Pets are family. I will make sure they receive the best care possible! I'm a night owl myself when I'm home but whatever their routine is, I will stick to that as much as I can. For dogs, walks are included in housesitting if you want that. And any plant and garden care etc. Totally depends on your and your pet's needs. I'm so excited to look after your fur baby!
