About: I’ve had dogs and cats for all of my life! Strays became pets and like family. My main experience is with small to larger sized dogs and caring for kittens to senior cats. I absolutely love dog walking!! I recently lost an 18 year old cat who had been diabetic for 10 years and I gave him insulin twice a day. I have experience with giving medication pills, fluids and shots. I love my animals like babies and will for yours too! I run an online clothing reselling business which is very flexible, so I can be at your pets appointment timely and ready for their undivided attention! I can visit your home for your dog or cat as often as needed, get a good walk in and get lots of play time together!
About: I've had dogs most of my life and handled every dog emergency there is. I have kind and gentle nature and have lot's of experience both pups that have endless energy and older dogs that need a little more help. I work part time from home helping women who are caring for their parents so I'm very flexible and can often even change my schedule to fit yours. I feel strongly that the advantage of having pet care in your home is that they get to keep their routine! So my rule is follow instructions while making sure they feel safe and loved.
“Bowman rrives in a timely fashion and sends me a picture of my pup each visit. Gives me peace of mind that my dog has a good walk while I'm at work, and he's tired when I get home!!”
“Sarah was the best! While I was out of the country she made sure my pugs still got their midday walks! They appreciated the exercise and treats. Will definitely use her again!”

“Abbey provided dog walking to my two dogs and everything went smoothly and on time. They were well taken care and relaxed when I returned home. Our German Shepherd has hip dysplasia and needs extra care standing up and walking. Her veterinary experience was very reassuring with this situation.”

“Kayla is a trustworthy and reliable dog walker 😊 She always provides picture updates and lets me know how Theo does on his walks! She seems to really care about Theo, so I know he is in good hands. I highly recommend her!”

“Samantha did a drop-in visits with lily and she was absolutely fantastic! Kept me up to date the entire time and made sure lily was exercised and loved on. I will definitely be using her again and again!!!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was about 13 years old and have experience with dogs of different sizes, ages, and personalities. Over the years, I’ve helped family, friends, and neighbors by feeding, walking, playing with, and caring for their pets while they were away. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member. I currently have a miniature dachshund, so I have hands-on experience with puppy care, crate training, potty routines, feeding schedules, daily exercise, and reinforcing good behaviors. I know every dog has unique needs, and I take the time to learn their routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply a calm companion, I’ll provide attentive care and keep you updated with photos and messages throughout each visit. I work full-time during the week, but I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide dependable pet care before work, after work, and throughout the weekends, depending on my schedule. I’m also usually home on the weekends and days I work from home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and companionship. I understand how important consistency is, so I do my best to maintain your pet’s normal routine with feeding, walks, exercise, and lots of love. You’ll also receive regular photo and video updates, so you can enjoy peace of mind while you’re away. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I live in a pet-friendly apartment that is pet-proofed to help provide a safe environment for visiting pets. My community is very dog friendly, with a fenced dog park and plenty of sidewalks and green spaces for walks, exercise, and enrichment. I always take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special care instructions before their stay. Whether it’s feeding schedules, medications, crate training, or favorite toys, I’ll follow your instructions closely to help your pet feel comfortable and at home. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important trust is, and I’ll care for your pet with the same patience, attention, and love that I give my own.

About: I love dogs and have taken care of them all my life! I recently lost my companion of 12 years in April 2026, Finley, who passed onto the rainbow bridge due to old age. Finley was a 120lb gentle giant, so I am highly experienced with large breeds and dogs of all sizes. Whether you have a Great Dane or a Pomeranian, I will care for your fur baby as if they were my own. Being a dog lover while no longer having one has been heartbreaking for me, but it also means that I now have the opportunity to hangout with your pup! :) I only ask for a week in advance notice and prefer to do a meet and greet beforehand to see if we align. Take a look at my calendar and see what works for you! I work my day job Thursday through Sunday and am currently available for house sitting Sunday night through Thursday morning and drop-in visits M, T, W. I am available to come to your home or your dog is welcome to stay at mine! I live in a 900 Sq. Ft. apartment with plenty of space for a small or medium dog or a low activity older large breed. I have two orthopedic beds that are cleaned thoroughly after each stay and two dog bowls.
“Really Love Dogs and are patient with new clients. My Neptune loves her. I can tell in the pictures he is having fun. My Neptune took to her immediately. He waits for her by the window. Like she is the walkie fairie”

About: I have had pets all my life. I have 2 dogs and 1 cats they get a long with all their pet friends. We have regulars that come over for the holidays and vacations. My home is open to all pets no restrictions. We like to make it feel like home when they are here. I work from home so there is lots of love thru out the day and play time outside. We have a dog door so they can go outside when they want and come in when wanting to hang out in the A/C. Also there is a pool for pups to swim and have fun if they want. I am so super flexible with times and making it easier on everyone.
About: Have raised 3 puppies over the last 3 years and love animals and dogs in general. Energetic and excited for new challenges and meeting new pets. Very responsible and raised to treat others the way I would like to be treated. I have used Rover for my own dogs and know exactly how you the pet owner should be treated. Honesty and integrity are my biggest characteristics and want whomever uses my services, to feel safe and secure knowing that I am taking care of their pet and or entering their home. I hope I get to meet and take care of your pets and really looking forward to being apart of the Rover community in another extent. God bless and hope to hear from you soon! My full-time job allows me great flexibility and free time during the summer. Looking to stay busy and enjoy doing something like this on a daily basis. I have two dogs myself, so watching other dogs is something I love doing. I can be as flexible as you need me to be and just looking to help others out if I can. I have two German and Australian Shepherds in my household and they love walks or trips to the dog park. Thankfully I have a dog park right next to my place, so we frequently take trips to the dog park. I make sure my dogs or any other dogs are happy and they don’t have any left over energy at the end of the night. I am your typical dog dad and always overprotective of any dogs in my care.
“Andressa is the best! Our first time using her. Aretha and Buddy love her. Such wonderful pics and info. We will definitely ask for her services again!’”

About: I grew up on a farm surrounded by a wide variety of animals, from cows and horses to birds, cats, and dogs. Caring for animals has been a part of my daily life for as long as I can remember, and our pets have always been cherished members of the family. I genuinely enjoy every aspect of pet care, whether it’s going for long walks, playing outdoors, keeping up with daily routines, or simply sharing quiet moments and cuddles on the couch. I understand that every pet has their own unique personality and needs, and I strive to provide the same love, patience, and attention they receive at home. My goal is to ensure both pets and their owners feel comfortable, confident, and cared for while they’re in my hands. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, from high-energy pups who love walks, playtime, and adventure to dogs who need a little extra patience and comfort in stressful situations. My own dog, Junie, gets anxious during storms, so I understand how important it is to keep things calm, notice signs of stress, and offer reassurance when pets need a little extra support. I’m currently a graduate student who is off for the summer, so my schedule is very flexible. During the school year I typically have classes 8-3, sometimes less, and you’ll find me most often studying on the weekend. I love to get outside on the weekends and take my dog, Junie, for a walk or a hike. I have a spare bedroom in my apartment available if your pet would benefit from having their own quiet space to relax and feel comfortable. I also have a 4-year-old Blue Heeler named Junie. She is a calm, easygoing, and well-mannered dog who gets along well with others. Junie is non-reactive, independent, and enjoys having canine company while still respecting other dogs’ space. My apartment community also features an on-site dog park for exercise and playtime. Most importantly, pets are treated like family here—dogs are welcome on the furniture and can expect plenty of love, attention, and cozy snuggles throughout their stay!
The median cost per walk for dog walking in Centenary is $20

Jessica is great! Out of all the pet sitters we’ve had, our animals like her the most. She’s very patient with our anxious dog and elderly cat. She’s also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fish and aquatic creatures! Whenever she house sits for us I know we’ll be coming home to a very clean house as well. She is punctual, personable, great with communication, sends pictures and updates, and it’s obvious that she loves animals. I would highly recommend her!

Amanda is a very intuitive and patient pet caretaker. When our dog decided to be a bit of a brat to her Amanada was very communicative and adaptible. She continued to patiently work with our dog and give her the benefit of the doubt. We will gladly let Amanda take care of our pets in the future and trust her judgment!

Olivia is beyond amazing! She regularly walks my dog Atticus, and to say he adores her would be an understatement. He starts waiting by the door a full 30 minutes before she arrives — tail wagging and ready for his favorite part of the day! Olivia is incredibly trustworthy, professional, and dependable. She’s always responsive and communicative, and I love the photo updates she sends after their walks. Most importantly, she’s so sweet and affectionate with Atticus, I have total peace of mind knowing he’s in the best hands. We feel so lucky to have found her — highly recommend… as long as you promise not to steal her from us! 😄
