“Gracie is awesome! She provided pictures and videos all week while we were on vacation. Fergie and Hogie got along really well. Most of the videos she sent us they were playing and having a great time. We played them several times and they made us laugh. Dogs are like kids they love to play. All and All hogie had a good time. He was a little tired and has seemed to mellow out a bit. Gracie and Fergie are wonderful. I will not hesitate to use Gracie again.”

About: I have always grown up with dogs around and in first grade, I got my first cat. My dad worked at pet smart and my mom was a dog groomer, I have grown up with an affinity for caring for pets. Throughout my childhood we took in senior dogs and it’s something I consider myself to specialize in. I have been house sitting and pet sitting since I was 14. I currently work full time from Saturday to Wednesday. My workdays typically last from 8am to 4:30-5:00pm. Thursday and Friday are my days off and I am fully free on those days. My workday hours should be considered if your pet requires frequent bathroom breaks, walks, and medication. I have experience with all types of dogs and cats. I have cared for senior dogs and cats, pets that require medication, and special needs pets. I love walking dogs and I am happy to chill out with your cat.
“Elyssa was fantastic. Followed my instructions perfectly, provided great updates and always made me feel that my pup was in good hands. Will look forward to booking again!”

“David was wonderful with my dog, Martin. He was attentive and present the whole time. Martin is currently sleeping in my lap because David kept him busy and entertained. David took great care of my house too - it looks just like I left it. Don’t hesitate to book him, you won’t regret it!”

“I enjoyed Tiera looking after Diamond , She followed the minor instructions in caring for my Princess, She’s a wonderful sitter I know Diamond was pleased with her as well ….. Thank you so Much 😍”

About: I grew up in a home with a big furry dog brother and two cats. I have always leaned more on the animal lover side than anything else, and now I have four of my own (two dogs, two cats, all spoiled and loved). My life revolves around my pets. I am on a strict feeding schedule that the cats never let me miss, and the dogs require so much activity in the yard and rides in the car to experience the world. I don't make a decision without their well-being involved. My cats are on a strict diet and I stick to it. My dogs know how to tell me when they need to go outside, whether on a leash or in a fenced in backyard. I listen carefully to the animal's needs and follow strict schedules and rules from pet owners. Meds, diets, activity, sun exposure all differs from cat to dog and I take note of the specifications.
About: I grew up on a farm surrounded by a wide variety of animals, from cows and horses to birds, cats, and dogs. Caring for animals has been a part of my daily life for as long as I can remember, and our pets have always been cherished members of the family. I genuinely enjoy every aspect of pet care, whether it’s going for long walks, playing outdoors, keeping up with daily routines, or simply sharing quiet moments and cuddles on the couch. I understand that every pet has their own unique personality and needs, and I strive to provide the same love, patience, and attention they receive at home. My goal is to ensure both pets and their owners feel comfortable, confident, and cared for while they’re in my hands. I’ve cared for all kinds of dogs, from high-energy pups who love walks, playtime, and adventure to dogs who need a little extra patience and comfort in stressful situations. My own dog, Junie, gets anxious during storms, so I understand how important it is to keep things calm, notice signs of stress, and offer reassurance when pets need a little extra support. I’m currently a graduate student who is off for the summer, so my schedule is very flexible. During the school year I typically have classes 8-3, sometimes less, and you’ll find me most often studying on the weekend. I love to get outside on the weekends and take my dog, Junie, for a walk or a hike. I have a spare bedroom in my apartment available if your pet would benefit from having their own quiet space to relax and feel comfortable. I also have a 4-year-old Blue Heeler named Junie. She is a calm, easygoing, and well-mannered dog who gets along well with others. Junie is non-reactive, independent, and enjoys having canine company while still respecting other dogs’ space. My apartment community also features an on-site dog park for exercise and playtime. Most importantly, pets are treated like family here—dogs are welcome on the furniture and can expect plenty of love, attention, and cozy snuggles throughout their stay!
“Ashua is the most empathetic, kind caring sitter we have ever used through Rover. Ashua had the most trying situation to navigate as our elderly chihuahua passed away while she was sitting for us and she handled the entire situation with grace and heart tending to him to ensure he was comfortable in his final day on this earth. We will be forever grateful for Ashua!!”
About: Hi my name is Maddie. I’m a responsible, caring and energetic animal lover. I love getting outside and walking around the city and parks. I live in West Nashville and work near downtown. I’ve been paid to do dog sitting , cat-sitting, and housesitting in the past and have also volunteered to walk family and friends dogs and take care of their pets when they are unable to. I work in Music Row during the week and my hours are very flexible. I’d like to make most of my free time to take care of your pets. I work well with all breeds. Thank you for visiting my profile. I’ll take the best care of your beloved pets! I currently work part-time, which gives me a flexible schedule to provide dependable care throughout the week. Whether you need drop-in visits, dog walking, overnight house sitting, or extended care, I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible. I understand how important it is to keep your pet’s routine consistent, so I’ll do my best to accommodate feeding times, walks, medications, and plenty of playtime and attention. I’m available for weekdays, weekends, and overnight house sitting, and I’ll always communicate clearly to ensure you and your pets feel comfortable and cared for. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I know every pet has their own routine and unique personality, so I take the time to learn their needs and follow your care instructions closely. Whether that’s sticking to a feeding schedule, administering medication, or simply giving them extra love and attention, I’ll treat your pet as if they were my own. For overnight house sitting, I’ll also treat your home with the same respect and care. I’ll help keep things tidy, bring in mail or packages, water plants if needed, and make sure your home is secure while you’re away. You can count on me to leave your home just as I found it. I believe clear communication is key, so you can expect regular updates, photos, and prompt responses throughout my stay. My goal is to give you complete peace of mind knowing both your pet and your home are in caring, trustworthy hands.
“I’ve used Rover more than 20 times over the years, and Rose was by far the best sitter we’ve ever had! She went above and beyond to ensure we knew our pups were in great hands, keeping us updated and handling every detail with care. She not only met all of our requests but exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!”

“Sophie immediately put my dogs at ease. Not only did she make sure their basic needs were met, she made sure they were thriving. I was a little worried one of them was going to trade me in for her. 🤣 she was also fantastic at communicating with me through out her stay, sending a lot of pics and asking questions/sending status updates. Sophie will be my go-to pet sitter from here on out!”

Blaise was amazing! She took great care of our senior pup while we were out of town. She kept in contact with us and even sent some cute pictures of him while she was caring for him. We will definitely rebook with her in the future if we need to. Thank you Blaise!

Noelle was absolutely amazing with our English Bulldog, Ella! From the moment we met her, we knew Ella was in great hands. She kept us updated, took wonderful care of Ella, and truly treated her like one of her own. When we returned home, our house was absolutely spotless, honestly cleaner than when we left! Noelle went above and beyond in every way, even taking the time to water our plants. It was such a thoughtful touch and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It's rare to find someone who cares for both your pet and your home with such attention and kindness. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter and will absolutely be booking Noelle again. We recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and dependable. Thank you, Noel, for taking such incredible care of Ella and our home!

Lily was great! She spent so much time with our pups - they really enjoyed their yoga lessons (aka they’re so grateful to lay on someone who’s on the floor with them). She left the house spotless and followed our guidance perfectly. Would definitely book again!

Miranda was an excellent communicator and a good sport in managing bubbles stressed energy on the first day of watching him. I appreciated her remaining calm and understanding that bubbles was having a bad day and acting out of stress. She sent pictures of bubs as requested and we were satisfied with her service.
