About: I’ve lived in a home with dogs my entire life. Many different breeds with different needs and personalities. I currently am the care taker and owner of a Golden Retriever in which the fire department I work for trust me to take care of. I’m a firefighter and so I work 48 hours on and 96 hours off. I only work 2 days a week and I have spare time to come take care of animals on a fairly consistent basis. I live in an apartment complex that’s very animal friendly with plenty of space to walk around and be active. I am a first responder who routinely goes into others homes and can be trusted to respect your space and privacy while providing good care to your animals.
“Bowman has been my regular walker for my dog Lainey, and he has house sat for her when I’ve been away. We’ve loved working with him and he’s just been the best. Very reliable and responsive. Definitely recommend.”

“I’ve used Rover more than 20 times over the years, and Rose was by far the best sitter we’ve ever had! She went above and beyond to ensure we knew our pups were in great hands, keeping us updated and handling every detail with care. She not only met all of our requests but exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommend!”

“Lily was great. Not only did she agree to watch my dog last minute, she went above and beyond doing things that I wouldn’t have expected her to. Will definitely be requesting again.”

Centenary pet parents share their Rover experiences
It was great having Noelle back to care for Copper while we were away—she did an excellent job as always! She stayed in our home and took wonderful care of both Copper and the house. It’s such a relief knowing Copper is comfortable and well looked after in his own space. We always return to a happy, relaxed dog, which speaks for itself. Noelle is very dependable. We’re very grateful to have her and will absolutely keep booking with her!

Amanda did a wonderful job caring for my new puppy, Maya. This was my first time leaving my puppy at home and was thinking about her all evening. Amanda sent me photos, a video, and sent me updates on how she was settling, which I loved and greatly appreciated! I would 100% reach out to her again and would highly recommend!

Thank you Dana for doing such a great job with our two dogs and cat. You house sat for us for three nights and four days. The dogs were extremely happy with the way you played ball with them and let our sweet baby Ren sleep in bed with you we went away out of state to our daughters graduation and you made the experience so comfortable by always responding and sending pictures of the babies while we were gone. I can see why you’re booked out for so long. We will definitely use you again in the future if we’re able to get into your busy calendar. But I understand why you’re so busy thank you so much.

Miranda was an excellent communicator and a good sport in managing bubbles stressed energy on the first day of watching him. I appreciated her remaining calm and understanding that bubbles was having a bad day and acting out of stress. She sent pictures of bubs as requested and we were satisfied with her service.

Mackenzie is a very intelligent self-starter and problem solver. We had one meet and greet, I left detailed notes, Mackenzie sent pictures and updates. I felt confident in her skill level due to her being a vet tech with an emergency vet clinic. I had a horrible experience in August with a highly recommended independent sitter so choosing a pet sitter for December after that experience was scary. Mackenzie put that other experience in my rearview mirror. I just hope that Mackenzie's schedule is open the next time I need a pet sitter.
Denise was a terrific dog sitter. She took great care of our dog and communicated with us as needed. She also was a great house guest in our home. She walked our dog twice a day as requested and gave him lots of attention and snuggles. We would definitely hire her again!
