“I had the absolute best experience with Kyla while I was away in Puerto Rico. She was incredibly professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire stay. I received regular photo updates of my dog Harley, which gave me such peace of mind and made me smile every time.On the 4th of July she thoughtfully checked to see if Harley would be bothered by fire works and if there was anything extra she could do to calm and soothe her. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond—she not only cared for Harley with so much love and attention, but also took the time to feed my 2 love birds and even the stray cats I look after. That level of care and kindness is rare and truly appreciated. When I got home, I was surprised to find a sweet thank-you card and a thoughtful gift for Harley—a fun duck toy that she absolutely loves!Kyla has such a kind and gentle energy, and I could tell Harley felt loved and safe the whole time I was gone. I’m involved with the beloved Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary, giving a home to senior pups with medical needs through their program as a forever foster, aka a “Geezer Guardian.” Past experience includes work with Bonaparte's Retreat; a nonprofit focusing on neglected and forgotten dogs in shelters, where I found my soul dog, Nana Banana.
