“We are officially big Sophie fans in this house. She took great care of McGee! He wasn’t anxious at all when I got home, and his food, water, and litter were all fresh. Sophie even rigged up two of his stick toys between the couch cushions so he could play after she left this morning 🥹 We loved her and will definitely ask her back when we need a sitter!”

“Erin was so great in taking care of our pups and home! Care instructions were followed exactly as written, she sent plenty of updates and communicated in a timely manner, and took great care of our home. Would recommend her to a friend and hope to have her back in the future!”

“Donna house sat for my senior pup while I was away and her care for my sweet boy was outstanding! She was attentive to his needs, made sure he was well cared for, and he definitely enjoyed snuggling up with her. I’m grateful for the warmth she showed my pup when I couldn’t be there! Donna is a gem and hope to be able to call on her again in the future.”

“Matt was truly awesome!! He took such good care of my boys and treated my home as it was his own. He sent me puppy photo updates with out me asking and loved on them in my absence. Matt went the extra mile when my flight was delayed 8hrs and let my pups out an extra time and fed them dinner so I didn’t have to worry. My dogs fell in love with Matt the second they met him at the meet and great at my house. I will DEFINITELY be booking Matt again!! Thank you, Matt for taking such good care of Georgie and Patrick!!”

“Lindsay took wonderful care of my senior dog - medications and all. I felt at ease with her regular updates and attention to detail. Will definitely book her again!”

“Jenson was so loving with Loki. I could tell immediately upon meeting her that she has a heart for dogs (and Loki could too! He was immediately comfortable with her). She was very comforting to him during the fireworks while I was gone…could not have asked for a better sitter!”

“We found Neha to be an excellent cat and home sitter. She took notes when we met before our trip, and followed all our instructions and requests, which was especially important because one of our two cats has asthma and requires having her inhaler administered on a schedule. During the time she sat for us she sent photos, videos, and updates on the agreed upon schedule. The house was in good order and our kitties were happy and clearly liked Neha. We would hire Neha to care for our cats and home again.”

“Caterina was BEYOND. She was such an amazing dog sitter, she cared for our dogs JUST like we would. It's easy to read reviews and think "that person sounds nice" and wonder how the sitter would be in real life. With Caterina there is no wondering, she is PERFECT. Truly. We had used another sitter with Rover before and we were very happy. Caterina has set a new bar with high standards. TY TY TY, Cat!”

“Far exceeded my expectations! Gayle was very communicative which was so refreshing. When we ran into trip complications and our flight got delayed she was extremely kind, calm, flexible, and eager to help us. Just absolutely 10/10. One of my pups tends to retreat when “strangers” are in her house.. but she absolutely loved Gayle and felt so comfortable with her. I had so much peace knowing my pups were with her.”

“Katherine was so amazing with our two pups!! It was our first time leaving them since we’ve had a baby, and so I was nervous but she sent us so many updates and gave them tons of love. We felt so comfortable with them in her care. Our house looked great when we got home and the dogs were happy to see us but nice and relaxed. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter!”

“She was an absolute delight. Took excellent care of my home and my fur baby. Looking forward to having Zubin sit Duke again. And he loved every minute of the attention and walks. Great communication and updates. BIG THANKS and APPRECIATION!”

About: As a lifetime dog and cat owner, dog walker at a local animal shelter, and puppy foster, I am extremely passionate about animal welfare and very experienced. I have cared for senior dogs, including our family’s beloved boxer-pitt mix who passed in May of 2025, and I currently help my mom wrangle her 120 pound Great Dane named Moose. I fostered puppies of all ages and sizes (and their mamas too on rare occasions) and am very comfortable with all the ups-and-downs of puppy ownership. All that to say, there is no age, size, or energy level range that I haven’t encountered! I don’t mind if your pup needs me to take them out at 3am to potty, needs food that requires 30 minutes of preparation beforehand, or has a medication routine that requires a lot of hiding things in peanut butter. It’s all standard protocol for me! I’d love to meet your pets and give you the peace of mind that they are deeply loved and cared for when they’re with me. I work full-time M-F 7am-4pm, but am able to work from home when needed. I would try to work from home as much as possible when scheduled to petsit, and on days where that is not possible, take half days. My job is thankfully very flexible! I am someone who would rather be overly-cautious to a sometimes ridiculous degree. I will take every precaution to keep your pet and home safe and in a comfortable environment. I am knowledgeable about the health and safety issues when it comes to young puppies and vaccinations/decreasing parvo risk. I value communication and would rather receive too much information about your pet and its routine than too little! Feel free to send me a ten page essay about your pets, their routine, and what steps you’d like me to take to keep them happy, safe, and healthy.
About: Aside from growing up with dogs, I have worked at a boarding facility, and have learned the ins and outs of what it takes to care for them. I am currently in between jobs, and looking to fill my time, and I have plenty of it to care for your pets and their needs! Trust and safety is essential, which is why I’m fully insured, bonded, and committed to transparent communication. I follow strict safety guidelines and take every precaution to ensure your pet’s comfort and security. I look forward to welcoming your pet into my care and providing a stress-free, loving experience.

“Madison was a wonderful pet and house sitter. When I came home, both of my pets exhibited signs of low anxiety. My home was cared for and tidy. Madison was a great communicator leading up to and during the stay. I would hire her again anytime.”

About: I’ve had a dog for the majority of my life. They were all extremely precious and made me and my life better! The least I could do was take care of them and give them the best life I could! My schedule is pretty open, so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your furbaby! I’m available for house sitting 7 days a week. Available for drop-in visits and dog walking every day after 11:00 am. I strive to take care of your dog like you would! My goal is to provide them a comfortable and fun experience while you’re away. I’m trustworthy, conscientious, and caring. I try to keep your dog’s schedule and environment as close to what they’re used to as possible. I’ll follow your instructions regarding how you want your dog taken care of.
“Ali stayed at our home for eight days and took incredible care of our somewhat difficult cat Scamp and our senior dog Phoebe, who has some special needs. She was warm, attentive, and clearly loves animals—Phoebe and Scamp were so well cared for, and we felt completely at ease the entire time. Ali also left our home absolutely spotless, going above and beyond in every way. She’s kind, responsible, and someone we’d welcome back without hesitation.”

The median cost per night for house sitting in McMurray-Huntingdon is $55

Laurie took great care of my pets and house while I was gone for a week. She is reliable and genuinely focused on the comfort and well being of my animals. My senior dog requires extra patience and specialized care, and she provided both, which gave me great peace of mind. Knowing my pets were safe and cared for allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away. I will call Laurie again!

Corrie was amazing! It can be challenging finding someone trustworthy in general, let alone when you are traveling 6,000 miles away for 12 days. Corrie made the entire process seamless, her communication was fantastic and we came back to one very happy and well taken care of pup! Can’t wait to have her come back for our next trip!

Rosemary was great. She sent many photos of lady during her 4 day stay at our home with lady. Lady has separation anxiety and will bark the whole time left home alone, so it was so nice having someone to stay with her majority of the time in her normal environment at home. Lady had recent Gi Upset issues and had special food instructions during this time and Rosemary was great with all her needs. The house was nice when we got home as well. Thank you would reccomened again!

Brittany was very kind and patient with my dog who takes a long time to warm up. It was just a ~24 hour stay but she did leave our home very tidy. We had a smidge of damage to our blinds from leaving them down when Brittany went out, but I recognize that I leave a ton of detail on my dog's info and it's an easy thing to forget (there was already damage from us forgetting once before hah!). We would call on Brittany again!
